~Chapter 6~ First Impressions Part I
"Lee, where are you going? You can't really be out to find Chry, can you? You realize he could be virtually anywhere. I know his claim wasn't just at her home suffering like that. She could very well be at the hospital or in a dark alleyway somewhere, anywhere. How do you plan on finding him?"
Lee shrugged while pulling a fresh shirt on.
"I'm going with you." Lucy decided.
"Now why would you want to do a stupid thing like that?"
"For the exact same reason you're going to do a stupid thing."
Smiling, Lee shook his head.
"After all this time apart, you still have times where you sound just like your old man."
"And I suppose you're referring to yourself?" Lucy questioned as they made their way out of the house. Lee gestured for Lucy to walk through the door first.
"Of course." He said.

Chry sat at the fountain in the center of the town, content with watching all the people pass by.
It was funny to Chry how each of them were completely ensnared in their own worlds, rarely ever breaking out of their bubble to consider someone else. Yet again his hood was up, and, yet again, no one paid him any attention; he doubted one person would even stop to give him the time of night.
Seeing Wynter in the condition she was in had scared Chry. He didn't want to admit it, but it was the truth.
He was bothered by the fact that she had to be in so much pain without a reason.
Chry's fists tightened in his lap as he remembered the sight of his claim. He wondered if his claim would really give up on the family and friends he supposed she had. Though Chry didn't know much about his claim, as was best, he knew she had a family, a mother and father that were already claimed by someone else.
Wynter had thought that Chry's visit had been a dream, and he hoped she continued believing that, otherwise, she could very well be waiting for him every night, which posed a problem. Though he could go longer than was normal without feeding, it would be foolish for Chry to think he didn't have to feed at all.
Sighing, Chry looked up at the dark sky, wondering where she was and if she ever even thought about him anymore.

"Well, what do you sense, Lee?" Lucy whispered to her old mentor from the roof of the house that belonged to the acclaimed princess and her family.
"There's two heartbeats in this house, just two. Neither one belongs to her, she must be somewhere else."
"I told you she could be anywhere!" Lucy yelled, low enough so only Lee could hear her.
"Now just hold on there, Luce." Lee began to climb his way up from the second story window to the roof.
"We don't necessarily have to find her, all we gotta do is find Chry and everything will be settled. He'll give us the 4-1-1."
Lucy rolled her eyes, seeming to be the only one who saw the flaw in Lee's new plan.
"And just how are we going to find Chry? His location is just as mysterious as hers is."
"I've got a pretty good idea of where he is."
