Chapter 17

"Well, this school is more than what I've expected," Mags commented as we walked inside. It was their last Saturday here and they come with me  to witness my practice with Sir Jai.

"Seems like it would be a good idea if I studied here too," Bry commented. I caught them glancing at him but I remained composed while heading the way to the gym. I felt JC's piercing eyes but I don't have any chance to talk to him right now.

My boyfriend is probably jealous right now but I couldn't do anything.

Bry came near me and was about to put his arms on my exposed waist when JC passed in between us.

"Are you blind or dumb?" Inis na tanong ni Bry sa kanya. Maangas na tumingin si JC pabalik at saka ngumisi.

"Baka po kasi nandyan na si Sir Jai, nagsisigurado lang," JC said and held my wrist before continued walking. I chuckled lightly. He's obviously doing it on purpose. Sir Jai said last night that he will be late today.

Damn this guy. He wanted to make a tag that I was his but he is contradicticting himself.

"So you want our relationship to be secret?" I asked looking at his eyes.

He looked at me too as he hugged my  neck. "Syempre proud na proud ako. Amber Monteverde, girlfriend ko? Pero syempre, ayaw ko din naman na humarap sa mga magulang mo na walang-wala ako. Ayaw kong husgahan ka ng tao. You deserved someone at your level but you chose me—"

"But I am sure that my family would understand—"

"I know okay sa kanila pero sa akin hindi. Let's just stay like this for a while. Enjoyin lang natin."

When we reached the gym, they wander around the area until they decided to walk around the school. Of course, they are with a Monteverde that's why they can do whatever they want.

"I'll stay here," Bry declared but then again, Diem pulled him towards them. Naiwan kaming dalawa ni JC sa loob.

I pulled him for a tight hug.

"I missed you," I whispered. I felt him kissed the top of my head. Every midnight na lang yata kami nagkikita because as you see, hindi nauubusan ng activities ang mga kaibigan namin. Good thing, we haven't planned any overnight trips.

"Hirap magtago. Gusto ko na sapakin yung kaibigan ng Kuya mo," he hissed.  I pulled out on the hug and looked at him. He is obviously pissed.

I chuckled and kissed him on his cheeks. "Happy?" I asked and he just shook his head but he is smiling devilishly.

"Isa pa," he said. "Dito—Aray!" he pointed his lips so I punched him right on his face.

He hugged me while chuckling so hard. He sat on a chair and pulled me so I fell on his lap.

He leaned on my back and whispered "I love you." I smiled, this guy is a baby.

We stayed on that position until we heard a footsteps. I immediately stand up and fix myself. Hirap pala ng nagtatago.

Morning passed na nagte-training ako. My friends wants to watch me but unfortunately, ayaw pumayag ni Sir Jai. He is so damn strict. Gusto niya daw kasing maging surprise sa lahat.

Including JC.

His assistant are with us though. We practiced until it was almost lunch.

The helper said earlier na may inihanda silang pagkain for us, including my friends. Which is I know na si Mom ang nagbigay.

"Gusto sana namin makisali kaya lang may lalakarin kami ngayong lunch. Anyways, babalik naman kami around two. Bye Amber," Sir Jai said and kissed me before bidding goodbye. JC raised his eyebrows and I laughed as we walked on the cafeteria.
