🐬 Chapter 14 🐬

"Wake Up!"

Taehyun awoke to the sound of screaming and a weight on his body. He lifted his head and saw Beomgyu dressed up, seeming ready to go. He tapped on the older boy's arm, " I can't get up if you're on me." The older giggled, "I guess that's true," he said before rolling over and sliding off the bed. He stood up with his hands on his hips, "Now get up! We have the day off and we're using up every bit of it for fun!"

"Okay, okay. I'm getting up. Stop yelling," the younger said through a yawn. The burnette latched onto his boyfriend's back, "I'm going to go wait outside, hurry up," he said before kissing the blonde's cheek. Taehyun nodded and made his way over to the closet, humming a song he heard the other day. After picking a pair of pants and a T-shirt, he got dressed and ready to go.

As he made his way down to the lobby he still bad that little earworm stuck in his head. Instead of humming, he sang it in his head. Coincidentally the line, "I am so happy, knowing you are the one that I want for the rest of my days," came up as he saw his boyfriend bobbing up and down as he waited. He smiled to himself before an idea popped into his head, he ran over to the boy, "Gyu, wouldn't it be fun if we all split up into pairs at some point today?"

The older immediately nodded his head, "Yeah, that would be lots of fun! We should do that." The blonde agreed,"You should go tell Yeonjun what you wanna do." Now, the reason Taehyun made Beomgyu say it was because he was too embarrassed to say he wanted to spend time with his lover without the others. The burnette ran over to the other boys outside and shouted out at them, "Taehyun had the idea of splitting into couples and I really wanna do that!"

The younger's cheek went pink, 'Damn it, Gyu." He turned his back to the group and covered his face. He heard Yeonjun laugh, "Oh does he now? I think that's a fine idea, Taehyun." The younger sighed before whispering, "You guys all suck," to himself. As he made his way over to them, Kai pipped up,"Uh guys, I wouldn't have anyone to hang out with."

"What about your little girlfriend? She's free isn't she?"

"Well, yeah, but-" he stopped with his eyes wide, "I hate you."

The oldest laughed, "We know, but we love you. Now, call her and ask her if she wants to hang out."

He pulled out his phone with a sigh and unlocked it up to find her contact. 'Little Storm,' the phone showed as he called her. "Put it on speaker phone!" The oldest yelled. "Why?" He responded even though he had already listened. The ringing continued before she finally picked up.

"Yo. What's up?"

"Not much. Just wondering if you wanted to hang out today."

"Sure. Where do you wanna meet up?"

"How about that little playground by the dorms?"

"Kay, see you soon." She said before hanging up.

"Now, you have someone to hang out with," the blonde said as he grabbed Beomgyu's hand. "Yeah but I still think we should all hang out together some first," the youngest replied. Soobin nodded, "I don't mind that." Yeonjun sighed, "Okay fine. We'll hang out at the park but after about an hour, we split up." Kai reluctantly agreed and they all headed for the playground.

As they turned the corner, the playground was insight. Along with a girl swinging by herself. She turned around and waved at them before shouting out, "Hey! Why'd you bring these idiots?" Yeonjun smiled, "As mean as ever I see." She laughed and walked over to them, "I'm only kidding, Oppa." He shook his head in a disapproving manner but still smiled. "But what are you guys doing here?" She asked a but more serious this time. "We're just hanging out with you guys for a bit, we'll be leaving after an hour or so," Soobin replied. She nodded before turning back around to the playground. The others joined her and played on the equipment together.

Kai sat down on the round-a-bout and Rayne followed him. Using their feet, they spun themselves slowly. When Beomgyu noticed, he brought Taehyun over and sat down, "Spin us!" The younger sighed, "You're a bit demanding, arent you?" The burnette nodded in agreement, "Yes, now push." They all laughed at his remark and Taehyun started to spin them a bit. The three on this contraption all had eye to eye smiles and they giggled nonstop. The sounds of their laughter made Yeonjun turn his head and come sprinting at them. He grabbed on to the bars and spun them as fast ad he could. Taehyun jumped back in surprise and the ones on the round-a-bout held on to the bars for safety. "Oh my god, that scared the crap out of me!" Rayne screamed. The boys laughed, "Me too," Kai said with a smile.

"This is really fun," Beomgyu said under his breath. The other two looked over and nodded their heads. Kai smiled before standing up and steadying himself as Yeonjun continued to spin them as fast as he could by himself. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath before looking down at the other two. Rayne smiled and quickly stood up, almost falling but catching herself on the rail. She laughed before putting her hand out to Beomgyu. He used it to help himself up.

As they stood side by side, their laughter could be heard from miles away. "I wish we could have free time like this more often," Kai said. Beomgyu nodded, "Yeah, I'd love that!" Rayne screamed loudly causing everyone to look at her in shock. "Oh, Sorry, I just got the sudden urge to scream. Anyway, why don't we just sneak out more often?"

Taehyun shook his head, "I hate to disappoint but with all of us, it'd a lot harder to just sneak out." Rayne sighed, "It wouldn't hurt to try at least. Jeez, way to be a party pooper." Kai and Beomgyu bothed giggled at her words but Taehyun rolled his eyes.

After much longer of hanging out together they decided it was time to split up into groups.
