You woke up to the sound of your alarm clock, why did i even get one in the first place..? you look at the time "OH SHIT—"
Filled with adrenaline you rushed out of bed making sure you are fashionably late you put on your best outfit which was just [insert your best made up outfit]
Rushing to open your front door to your house/apartment you feel like you missing something, well you did forget about it so it must not be that important anyway...oh you were quite wrong
while speed walking to your local park you finally remember what you left at home, a fucking bouquet of his favorite flowers. who you may ask?? Well your one and only boyfriend Toby.
"fuck fuck goddammit why did you forget the most important gift ugh maybe you can go to a pastry shop near and get a cookie or some shit that he likes" you debated.
"no but that would make you even more late" groaning you speed walked past a pastry shop. Quickly you walked backwards opened the door to the shop and asked for 2 cupcakes decorated to look like a flower.
After waiting 4 minutes to get and pay for your two cupcakes you ran out the door with both cupcakes in hand. Running past a sunflower walking back like before you plucked the flower and went back to being fashionably late.
Finally making it to the park you see him sitting on a bench surrounded by flowers. He had his head resting on his palm, god he looked so pretty. The way his hair shined so beautifully in the sun the way—
your thoughts were cut off by the sound of toby greeting you with a smile. While you were in your head admiring your bf you didn't notice your legs moving on their own closer and closer to the boy on the bench.
"Where were you??" Toby asked "I- um... over slept" you said ashamed looking down at your shows "Oh you could have told me silly, we all oversleep sometimes" he said with a warm smile
"I also got you this" you mumbled giving him the flower and cupcake "Aw thank you" "no problem" you said looking up now with a smile on your face.

"I was originally gonna give you a bouquet—" you swallowed down some of it
"but i left it at home like a dumbass" Toby looked at you and chuckled
"it's fine i think you made up for it by just coming here"
"aw..."

"awwww" you said in a more disappointed tone
