We will have several categories up for grabs as well as overall grandwinners for the entire awards. Those who win a category are still eligible to be an overall Grandwinner! There will be only one winner per category and three overall Grandwinners.
Here are the Category Awards:
✰ Best Couple Award
✰ Best Undiscovered Award(less than 8k reads at the time of submission)
✰ Best Cover Award
✰ Best YA Romance Award
✰ Best NA Romance Award
✰ Best Adult Romance Award
In addition to our Category Awards above, we will pick the top three best entries from all our submissions to be our overall Grandwinners.

APPLICATION PROCESS
✰ SUBMISSIONS OPEN. On June 1, the submission form will be made available for everyone to submit their entries to our Awards.
✰ SUBMISSIONS CLOSE. On June 18, the submissions form will be closed and we will no longer be accepting entries.
✰ JUDGING PERIOD. The judging period will be done behind the scenes with our own judges so that there is no biasness. This will happen between June 19 to July 20. Round One and Two Picks will be announced on July 7th and 14th respectively.
✰ THE ROMANCE FICTION AWARDS BANQUET. On July 21, the announcement of the Category Winners and Overall Grandwinners will drop.

JUDGING CRITERIA
All entries submitted will be judged with the following criteria:
✰ SPELLING, GRAMMAR, PUNCTUATION. (30%)
✰ ORIGINALITY. (20%)
✰ ENGAGEMENT / READER ENJOYMENT. (25%)
✰ OVERALL QUALITY. (25%)
