Walk home

*Leslie's POV*

I end up telling Allison that I'm gonna change back into my original clothing and head back home.  She blushed and began speaking. "Oh yeah, that makes perfect sense. I understand. Oh I'll just go so you dress up. Your clothes are on the desk over there- right behind you." And with that she left. 

"Ruff ruff! Bark bark!" Bear is just happy that I have a new friend haha and someone he can play with as well I suppose. 

I managed to put on all of my clothing and folded her clothes nicely and left them on the bed. I peak my head into the hallway and smell something delicious. I carry Bear as I head towards the smell- she's making herself something to eat, looks like a light snack before we have our dinner.

She turns her head over to see me and waves for me to go over. I place Bear on the ground so he can familiarize himself at this new place. "Leslie, would you like some nachos?" Before I could say anything, we hear a loud growl coming from me. Allison giggles, "I'll take that as a yes, haha."

So, here we are sitting at her table in the middle of the day with no one else around. I should feel okay, right? But all I want to do right now is kiss her. I know that seems weird especially since we literally just met. You know when people meet there soul mate? Like love at first sight? That's what happened with me- I'm not too sure if she feels the same why but..I can't help but wonder.

We end up finishing the nachos and I say I have to head back home now because Bear misses his bed. "Well Leslie, I'll walk you home."

On the walk home:

We are walking side-by-side, our hands occasionally bumping into each other. Bear is happy to be waking home. About 10 minutes pass and we are at my place.

"Wow I didn't know you lived this close Ally." Oh. My. God. Did I just give her a nickname? I wonder if she hates it or not. "Haha, yeah. I didn't know you were this close either Lee." Oh sweet heavens she gave me a nickname in return.

"Ally? Could I have your number?" Her eyes are wide open and her cheeks turn a pink colour. Not the same as her hair, but close enough. Her blue, green, gold eyes are sparkling like I haven't seen before. "So is that a...yes?" I ask hesitantly.

She nodded her head, so I handed her my phone. After a few minutes she hands me the phone back and I look at what she put as the contact name.
Ally. Huh.. "Very cute." I make eye contact with her and her face is even more flustered. "Are you calling me very cute, Lee?"

I cover my mouth with my hand and just stare unable to speak. I can't believe I said that. All Ally does is laugh hysterically at me. "You know, this has to be one of the best days ever. I see a stranger and faints right off the bat after she took one look at me. And here she is calling me very cute. Lee, you're very cute too."
