I was sitting in my room doing my school work. I had been homeschooled all my life. I always wondered what school was like. I wanted to know what group I could fit into, would I be a prep, a jock, a nerd, emo, redneck, a loser, a drama queen, maybe even popular?
"Hey Katie, how would you like to go to a public school this year?" Said my mom.
"Are you being serious? I'd love that!" I answered excitedly then I gave her a huge hug.
Little did I know that this would be the change of everything.
