We ended up in Madripoor. Apparently we're looking for someone called the 'Power Broker.' Sam and Bucky believe he or she could have some relationship with the Flag Smashers. What do I believe? I believe this is all completely mad. Father would've known what to do...We bumped into an old SHIELD agent who claimed to be on the run for stealing the shield for father, I believe that. She gave us a location, on where to find a certain someone. We got to the place Sharon said he was hiding and made our way in.

"Uh you sure this is the right place? It's empty." Sam said over comms to Sharon.

"I'm sure." She responded. I walked to the back of the container and placed my hand on the back wall, running my fingers along it. I raised an eyebrow and smiled as I pushed down on a certain spot, revealing a door. I pushed it open and headed up the stairs, with my gun out just in case. I could hear music playing.

"Be careful." Bucky whispered behind me. The three of us snuck up and ended up in what looked like a makeshift laboratory. Sam walked over to the record player and stopped the music, causing the guy to turn around.

"Dr Nagel?" I questioned.

"Who are you? What do you want?" He asked rather quickly.

"I wanna know why you're making Super Soldier Serum. And how?" I said. He refused to give me answers. I grabbed his neck and pinned him against the wall with my gun to his head.
"Tell me or god help me I'll get him to blow your brains out!" I whispered aggressively.

"Why wouldn't you do it yourself?" He smiled.

"Because I have pleasure in watching the Winter Soldier murder people that seem to enjoy pissing me off." I said, moving so he could see Bucky standing there. "You've heard of him right?" He slowly nodded.
"Great, now get started."

"Guys we have company." Sharon's voice echoed.

"Okay, fine. I was bought into HYDRA's Winter Soldier program to pick up their work after the five failed test subjects in Siberia. When HYDRA fell, I was recruited by the CIA. They had blood samples from an American test subject with semi-stable traces of serum in his system. After much labor, I was able to isolate the necessary compounds in his blood. I was a god." He explained. This guy really gave off some creepy vibes.
"I did what no other scientist could do since Erskine. But mine was going to be different. No clunky machines or jacked up bodies. No...mine was going to be subtle, optimized...perfect."

"How come we never heard anything about this?" I asked.

"Because....Before I was able to finish my work, I turned to dust. When I returned, it had been 5 years, the program had been abandoned, so I came here. The Power Broker was more than happy to fund the recreation of my work." He responded.

"How many vials did you make?" Sam asked.

"Twenty of them. Karli Morgenthau stole those...So I can only imagine what the Power Broker has planned for that poor girl." Nagel spoke.

"Okay...Where's Karli now?" I mumbled, keeping my gun in my hands.

"I don't know." He replied quickly. "But a couple days ago she called, asked if I could help someone named Donya Madani. Poor women has tuberculosis. Typical of overpopulation in displacement camps like that."

"Do you know what happened to her?"

"Not my pig...Not my farm." He smiled.

"Is there any serum in this lab?"  I asked.

"No."

"So now what do we do?"

"Guys we're seriously running out of time." Sharon's voice echoed once more. Zemo quickly pulled out a gun and shot Nagel.

"What did you do!" Sam yelled.  Alarms went off and Zemo had disappeared. "Anybody see Zemo?" I yelled back to them no and continued running. There was gunfire, in everyway we looked. I fired at the right, took them down. Left. Sharon Bucky and Sam also shot at everyone.

"I'm out!" I yelled. Moments later they each told me they were out too.
"Come on!" I said, over the continuous gunfire. We managed to seek shelter and we waited it out...until a car came screeching around the corner. The three of us quickly jumped in and Sharon stayed.

"Well that was one hell of a reunion." Sharon smiled.

"Come back to the States with us." Sam insisted.

"I told you, I can't. Just get me the pardon you promised." She said, walking away. Zemo pulled away and we finally got out of there.
