(George Weasley x Y/n)

~ Chapter 17 ~

As a few weeks passed I started to hang out with Andrei and his friends, I would invite them to some gryffindor parties and join their lunch hangouts. We both got along really well, which made me start to see him as one of my closest friends. 

I was walking back to the common room and saw the twins run towards the great hall. I ran towards them and held George's arm, "what do you think you two are doing?!" he turned to me and smirked "just watch y/n" he then pulled away and stood beside Fred. After a few minutes I saw him and Fred drink a potion and jump inside of the age line. It's working.. Why is it working... as soon as they put their names in the goblet my stomach started to twist. After a few seconds a loud blast happened, as I looked at the age line, I noticed how the twins were no longer there. I looked around the room and saw two old men fighting, everyone looked at the two and started to laugh at their failed attempt.

I walked towards the two of them and pulled them up. "Come on you two, let's go to the hospital wing" as I was walking out of the great hall to bring the twins to the hospital wing I saw Cedric and Andrei holding a piece of paper, while slowly walking to the great hall. I stopped half way and ran to the two of them as i told the twins not to go anywhere

"What do the two of you think you're doing?!" "come on y/n! Just trust us we will be ok" i started to feel worried as cedric finished his sentence and all i did was nod. I walked back to the twins and brought them up the hospital wing. As Madam Pomfrey made them lay on the beds I sat in the middle of them while saying jokes and distracting the twins' from their failed attempt in putting their names in the goblet. "If Madam pomfrey looks for me i'll be in the bathroom" as fred left the room an awkward silence crept over me and george, after a few minutes of silence George looked at me "y/n.. Can i ask you something" i looked up at George with a confused expression "sure, whats up ''''uh.. Well i was wondering.. What's going on with you and Andrei.. I mean.. I'm just making sure that if you guys are uh dating.. I should interview him and make su-" "is george weasley jealous?!" i pretended to be shocked and we started giggling "no, no we aren't hes just one of my closest friends.. Don't worry, you still have a chance" as I winked at him he scoffed "you think id want to get a chance? You don't deserve this beauty" i knew he was joking but.. Did he just friendzoned me?.. After a few minutes of joking around fred came back in with a smirk "what are you two love birds talking about" i started to scoff and walk out of the room "he wishes he could pull this" we all chucked and i waved goodbye to them.

As I was walking back to the common room I bumped into Cedric, "ced!! It has been awhile.. We should go to hogsmeade together one time" as I hugged him for a few seconds, he let go and started to chuckle. As we were heading to my common room we started to catch up and talk about the triwizard tournament and at this point I figured out how much Cedric wanted to be chosen. As we arrived Cedric grabbed my arm, "I'm sorry for not talking to you as much as we did a few years ago.. I was actually walking back from your common room cause i left you something at your dorm" as he finished his sentence i nodded and hugged him as a thank you. As I entered my dorm room I saw a small bear in a hufflepuff robe, beside it was a rose and a letter. As I walked towards it I slowly carried the bear and opened the letter "dear y/n.. I wanted to give this to you for your birthday.. But i was a bit late.. Meet me in the great hall tomorrow morning, I have something fun planned for us. love , ced" as i hugged the bear i started getting ready for bed and choosing an outfit for tomorrow. I wonder what he has in plan.. I mean its a saturday tomorrow so we will have a free day.
