~ Chapter 5 ~

As we entered the train station, Father and Lucius led us all between platforms 9 and 10. We stopped in the middle of both platforms, i looked at Narcissa noticing her giggling and pointing at my father, who was explaining what to do and how to enter platform 9 ¾. "It isnt very complicated, between these two platforms is the platform 9 ¾ where the hogwarts express is hidden." Lucius then walked towards the two platforms and explained "we can only go through these two platforms by running straight ahead" as he said that he pointed at the barrier. Once they both finished explaining how to go to the platform, i looked at father who nodded and pointed at the barrier. As I closed my eyes and followed their instructions, i faced the wall and ran. I waited for the impact to hit me, but I just continued to run. As I opened my eyes I noticed that I successfully entered platform 9 ¾ .

As I stood beside the barriers of the platform I noticed many parents waving at their children and some saying bye to their kids. Once father, mason and the malfoy's walked over to me, we all started to follow the crowd. As I was walking to the entrance of the train I noticed a familiar redhead.. It was the tall boy I saw in Diagon alley, he was surrounded by some of his friends and his brothers. I wanted to wave, but remembered his disgusted expression the last time I saw him. I looked back at the malfoy's and hugged both Lucius and Narcissa. Before entering the train, my father and Mason took my trunk and brought it to the side, as I looked at them they both hugged me tight. As i let go my father he said "ill be going to hogwarts a different way.. But ill see you soon! Please be safe" as I nodded my father moved over so that me and Draco could enter the train

As I looked around I saw many compartments all lined up, as I was following Draco. I noticed more people giving me horrible expressions. Yet I was still confused on why people looked at me that way, I decided to ignore it, when Draco slid the glass door of one the compartments I noticed both Crabbe and Goyle were seated in opposite sides. I remembered those two from the "dark meeting" i had a few days ago. As the train started to move the four of us started to talk and get to know one another better. Both the boys asked me many questions like how i knew Draco or what house i wanted to be in. i then thought to myself hmm i'm not so sure.. of course i'd love to be a slytherin like my father and be with my best friend, so i guess i'd love to be a slytherin.. But my father always told me how I was like my mother, who was in gryffindor. I'm not so sure. As i all continued to get to know one another the train stopped and i realised i have been talking for hours and never realised. As I stood up I decided to go to the bathroom to change into my robes. As I left the compartment I bumped into someone which lead to me dropping my robes. As i were apologizing i looked up and noticed it was another red head, but he wasnt the tall one i was staring at.. He seemed to be my age? i thought to myself he must be their younger sibling.. Be nice as I stood up, I smiled at him and introduced myself. "hi! I am uh.. y/n snape.. I'm sorry again for bumping into you!'' The boy seemed uninterested but still decided to be nice and said "i'm ron weasley, i know you. You were with the Malfoy's in the diagon alley"i noticed how he looked disgusted when mentioning the malfoy's. I looked at him nodded and continued "oh! Yes that was me.." i got the hint he didnt wanna talk to me so i decided to leave. "Well, it was nice meeting you! I must get ready" as I was walking to the bathroom I looked down and felt embarrassed.

Once I got ready and left the bathroom with my robes I left the train and started to look for malfoy. While looking around I heard a boy calling out for all the first years, as I was following his voice I saw Draco sitting in a boat looking around. As I walked closer to him he smiled and pointed in the empty seat next to him. I sat down, the boat started to move closer to the castle. I was speechless.. It was beautiful. As the boat stopped, I saw the castle up close. I left the boat, and all the other first years followed the boy with long curly hair, who introduced his name as hagrid. As he stopped in the entrance another professor was standing in the entrance. She introduced herself as Professor McGonagall and as we all smiled at her I noticed her long green robes and pointy hats. I giggled at how serious she looked at Draco lightly nudged my shoulder to make me stop laughing.
