I'm back! Sorry for the bad update schedule, anyway on to the story!

20 minutes earlier

Ryuk sighed as he sat on the side of the bed in the infirmary, Kirishima had left earlier, there were no hard feelings between the two boys and even a small rivalry/friendship had blossomed, well mostly Kirishima saying he won't lose next time and Ryuk just lazy waving him off. Ryuk tapped his foot and clicked his tongue, staring at the door intensely

Ryuk: "Where is that woman..."

Just as that was said the door opened, there was the R-rated hero: Midnight, or as Ryuk called her, pervert lady.

Nemuri: "When I heard Ryuk-kun needed blood I rushed over here as fast as I could!"

Suddenly the woman was in the boy's face, her hand coming up and pinching his cheeks then moving all around his body, somewhere along the way instead of checking over him she was slowly rubbing his muscles with a grin. Ryuk gained a tick mark, lifting his hand and karate chopped her head. She yelped and jumped back whilst rubbing her head with a pout.

Nemuri: "You can be so mean sometimes~"

Ryuk: "And you will never stop being a pervert, anyway did you bring it?"

He slowly put out his hand, Merumi smiled softly whilst nodding, and grabbing the sachet that she had placed down on the bed beside him, putting it in her his hands she turned around and walked towards the door, adding a extra sway in her hips, when she reached the door she turned and gave the boy a wink, she chuckled seeing his eyes shifting all around the room. Her smile turned soft as she turned her head back.

Nemuri: "I'll leave you then, tell Aizawa that i said hi"

Ryuk sighed as the door closed, looking down at the pack, he slowly unscrewed the lid at the top and drank a bit.

Ryuk: "Beef again..."

Sighing he stood up from the bed and grabbed his bag from the side, he had changed and took his things straight after class.slinging his back over his shoulder and putting on his earphones he walked out the room as he held the sachet in his mouth, sipping on the contents as he walked back to the classroom, sitting on his seat, he rocked back on the chair whilst looking at the sun setting.

Present time

Tsuyu blinked then walked inside, walking to his front desk, she looked outside the window, an orange hue filling the room as she stopped in front of him

Tsuyu: "Ryuk.."

The boy looked up at the girl in front of her, slowly taking the sachet away from his mouth and moving it away from her line of sight. He raised an eyebrow as he looked at her facial expression, instead of the usual poker face, her lips were in a slight frown, her eyes slightly smaller as she spoke his name, then a flash of a young girl with green hair like Tsuyu flashed through his mind.

Ryuk: "You need something?"

Tsuyu frowned slightly, a slight pain in her heart, did he not remember her?

Tsuyu: "...Do you not remember me.."

Ryuk: "I have met a lot of people in my life"

The boy turned his head back to the class, he couldn't shake the sense of familiarity with the girl.

Tsuyu: "Why did you disappear...your house was burnt down...where were you...I thought-"

The sound of a lone tear hitting the desk caused both of the teenagers to look at each other, Ryuk looking up in shock, how did the girl know of his past? His hand holding the side of his head as repressed memories of his childhood slowly filled his mind, all the bullying he went through, the insults and remarks. He looked back up at the girl, tears in his eyes as she tried to wipe them away. That's when the feeling of familiarity became stronger, memories of a green haired girl, a poker face, and a frog quirk.

Ryuk: "Tsu..."

The frog girl looked at Ryuk with slightly wide eyes, did he remember her? Or was he just saying her name. She shook her head, slowly turning around, and walking to the door, she didn't want him to see her cry.

The sound of the chair scraping against the floor rung out the room, firm arms wrapping around Tsuyu's stomach from behind, she tensed for a second, but realised it was Ryuk, the boy wrapped his arms tighter around her waist, holding her close as he buried his face in to her hair

Ryuk: "Tsu..."

Tsuyu froze for a second, her heart beat increasing from the closeness of the boy, slowly turning around in the boys arm, she looked up at him with a small smile, burying her face in to his chest, her arms wrapping around his body

Tsuyu: "Ryu..."

Ryuk gripped on her tighter as she said his nickname, the tone in her voice soothing him as he laid his head on her shoulder, a faint smile on his lips

Ryuk: "Who knew we would meet again like this"

Tsuyu: "Why did you leave like that...what happened.."

Ryuk sighed as he slowly let go of her, she looked reluctant but let go of him as well but complied. He leaned up against the desk, pulling out the blood sachet from his pocket and sucking on it, sipping up the blood then pulling it away from his mouth.

Ryuk: "You already know, house burnt down and my mother found dead"

Tsuyu slightly winced from how straight he said it, his voice void of the warmth it used to hold.

Tsuyu: "But you were missing...something happened for you to run away.."

Ryuk: "Guess I didn't like the thought of being an orphan"

Before Tsuyu could say anything else Ryuk stood up, putting the sachet back in his mouth and sucking on the content, walking to his desk he grabbed his bag, slinging it over his shoulder, he walked to the door then stopped and looked back at the girl.

Ryuk: "You coming?"

Tsuyu sighed and nodded, grabbing her dropped bag, she caught up to him and walked beside him as they walked down the halls, a comfortable silence fell on the two as the two best friends walked out the school.
