A Hero's Struggle

Chapter 4

Tsuyu looked at the black haired boy, an image of a certain boy from her past flashing over, she shook her head, and looked at the boy. It was probably best that they stick together instead of splitting up, walking up to him, she slipped by and walked in, looking from side to side and keeping her senses sharp. Ryuk hummed and followed behind her, his mind drifting from his surroundings to Tsuyu's green hair, something about the girl in front of him looked familiar but he couldn't quite place it. He shrugged it off and continued walking.

Tsuyu: "Do you have a plan?"

The boy blinked many times as she asked that question, a grin forming on his lips

Ryuk: "Nope"

The sound of a hand connecting to a forehead rang out through the hallways, Ryuk chuckled and shrugged as he got a little bit closer behind her.

Ryuk: "Just stay sharp that is-"

Ryuk reached out and grabbed Tsuyu's wrist, yanking her back, the girl was confused as she was pulled back, then her eyes widened, the space she was just standing burst in to smoke, the sound of something hard crushing the floor. Ryuk hardened his eyes, his body slightly tense, the smoke cleared, showing a smirking Kirishima.

Ryuk softly sighed and let go of Tsuyu's wrist, clicking his neck and knuckles he walked up to Kirishima, the two boys stood face to face, Ryuk slightly looking down at the redhead teen, his hands in his pocket, his face devoid of any emotions.

Ryuk: "Tsuyu, go up those stairs, I will follow you soon"

His voice left no room for discussion, the frog girl slowly nodded climbing on the ceiling to get past the two. Just as Kirishima was abou to do anything Ryuk stepped on his foot, stopping the boy from moving.

Ryuk: "Now where do you think you're going? Your fight is with me"

Kirishima: "Let's do this!"

And with that the redhead started off with a big right swing to the head, ducking out of the way Ryuk prepared his own swing, only to be met with Kirishima's left hand coming for a uppercut at his head, forced to block, Ryuk was sent skidding back a couple meters, his palms red form taking a hardened punch, his eyes looking up at the smirking boy. Kirishima dashed forwards, getting in Ryuk's space and threw a straight with his left then a cross with his right, Ryuk weaved to his left then ducked under the cross, small steam rising off his elbow as he slammed it into the hardened chin.

Kirishima stumbled backwards, slightly dazed, the black haired teen closing the gap instantly, using his dazed state he went in for a sweeping kick, Kirishima saw this and forced himself to fall backwards and roll. Ryuk clicked his teeth in annoyance as Kirishima got on to one knee, and as the red haired teen looked up a knee with steam rolling off it connected to his face, before he could go backwards, two hands gripped the back of his head, the knee digging deeper as cracks appeared in his hardened skin, the knee pulled back and Ryuk looked down at the boy, slamming his knee back again in to his face, this time a whole lot harder as the boy flew back and slammed into the wall, the skin fading and becoming normal.

Ryuk: "Tch troublesome"

Ryuk let out a sigh and wiped his forehead of sweat, he could feel his body become slightly heavy as he walked up the stairs, Tsuyu had gone up.

Tsuyu sighed as she walked through the halls, it had been roughly 5 minutes since she left Ryuk and was slightly worried, if she remembered correctly he would have a hard time against Karishima's hardening quirk. Shaking her head she looked straight on, keeping her senses sharp, and that was when she heard mumbling, slowly coming to a stop, she closed her eyes and concentrated on the words, the voice of Sero, mumbling and complaining about how Karishima ran off on his own.

Tsuyu quickly ran quietly towards the mumbling until she stopped in front of the open doorway, showing the young boy walking up and down the room, the bomb in the corner of the room, it seemed he was distracted and didn't notice the green haired girl as she pressed her back against the wall that was near the doorway. She crouched and started to think of a plan, thinking about Sero's quirk a plan slowly formulated in her mind.

After a minute she nodded,slowly turning around she crouched in the doorway, Sero turning around and jumping back and aiming his elbows at her.

Sero: "Too easy!"

He grinned and fired. Tsuyu waited, and waited until the last moment, she leaped to the side, the tape landing in the empty spot, Sero quickly took aim again and shot out the capture tape, the girl leaping on to the wall. Every time he shot out some tape the girl would leap, using her superiority mobility and her strong legs she leaped out the way every time, slowly getting faster and moving closer to Sero, with one large leap behind him, she quickly twisted and pressed of the wall, flying and hitting Sero in the back, the boy stumbling forwards as Tsuyu, used his back as a springboard and leaped towards the bomb, just as she was about to touch the bomb, tape suddenly grabbed her ankle, stopping her an yanking her back.

In a last ditch effort the green hair girl launched out her tongue, Sero gaso in surprise as the tongue smacked against the bomb, the sound of a horn going off ran around the whole building. Then a bombing voice leaving the speakers spoke.

Allmight: "HERO TEAM WIINNSSS!!"

Time skip

Mina: "I totally didn't expect you to use your tongue to touch the bomb!"

Mina grinned as she slowly slipped on her shirt, they were currently both in the changing rooms as the girls talked amongst themselves.

Tsuyu: "I only thought it up at the last second since I only had to touch the bomb"

Tsuyu lightly poked her cheek as she tilted her head, thinking back to the whole training session, when they left the building she couldn't see Ryuk anywhere and she was quite surprised to see Karishama quite roughed up and even limping, she guessed they must of had quite an intense fight, but when she was told about the fight she was even more surprised that he beat the boy bare fisted.

Mina: "Are you thinking about Ryuk?"

Tsuyu blinked many times before looking back at Mina, she said nothing then carried on buttoning up her shirt, Mina sweat dropped as she too buttoned up her top.

Uraraka: "I wonder what his quirk was though"

Momo: "I noticed some steam coming from his arms"

Tsuyu watched as they discussed his quirk then moved onto other things. She put on her blazer then said her goodbyes to Mina as she walked out the door, since she had to go back to class since she left her time table. She looked out the large windows as the sun slowly set, the school day had ended and the last few students walked out of the gate. Walking towards the classroom she heard slowly slurping sounds from the classroom. She raised an eyebrow slightly and peered inside to see the person that has been on her mind ever since the start of the day, slowly slurping on a sachet of red liquid whilst looking out the window.
