A Hero's Struggle

Chapter 3

Alright so we back with another chapter! Since Ryuk replaced Mineta that means he will also replace Mineta in a lot of situations which helps the flow of the story, meaning I dont have to switch around things as much. 

Alright on to the story!

"And Today's final period will be Hero studies! And not just normal studies...we will be having a mock combat battle!"

And with that the whole class started to cheer, many of the boys pounding the fists together, the distinct sound of explosions sounding, the only people that didn't react were the 2 boys near the back, the dark purple haired boy had his head laid against the desk, whilst the other red and white haired boy stole glance at the boy, almost like he was analysing him.

"And what would a hero be without their costume!" And with that said Allmight points to the wall and suddenly one by one columns of cases with numbers up to 20

Many students eyes sparkled as All might explained the costumes and how they were made from the quirk registrations and the forms sent before school, the students were in awe and quickly stood up to grab their cases when Allmight told them to meet in ground Beta, Ryuk waited as he was one of the last ones to grab his case as he slowly walked behind the students to the changing rooms

10 minutes later

A grin formed on All Might's face as he watched each and every student walking in to the grounds, his eyes shining with pride as he looked at the future heroes, but one student stood out in particular to him, at the back of the class leaning against the wall was Ryuk Fumaki, his body language obviously showing disinterest, but what stood out to the number 1 hero, was his choice of attire, he had on a slim fit dark purple shirt, with the top button undone, both of his arms wrapped with tapes up to his elbow, that was hidden under his sleeves, with black slim trousers and snake skin dress shoes, but the dress shoes had a metal tint meaning his toe was covered in metal.

Overall he looked more menacing than the others. The man shook his head and sighed, he decided not to question it.

All might then went on to explain the rules of the battle trai, but a certain green haired girl had her eyes on the boy leaning against the wall at the back, thoughts swimming in her head as she heard the name and after even more time looking at him was certain he was who she thought he was, it brought a warm feeling inside her chest, but also many questions, what happened to him? Why did he suddenly disappear? Why did he leave her? She shook her head as she listened to All might, she would ask him these questions later, right now she had to concentrate.

As the class talked about the battle that just finished, pointing out mistakes and also positives, Ryuk was yet again in the back, his hands playing with a loose bandage, to anybody else it would look like he was sleeping, but what he actually was doing was analyzing everybody in the room, looking for weak point, that was soon put too an end when he saw All might draw the balls from the box, which would show who he would be facing

"Hero team H vs villain team J!!"

Ryuk slowly looked up at the display, he actually had no clue who was on his team and who the other team, his eyes were slightly blurry due to him nodding off a couple of minutes ago, only waking up to a loud shout.

'Tsuyu Asui..' He looked around and saw 3 other people leaving the room, he shrugged and guessed that was his que to leave as well, letting out a small yawn he followed the other 3 students

Time skip

Ryuk sighed as he stood next too Tsuyu, looking up at the tall building he hummed and proceeded to walk around the whole building, before he could do that a slightly larger hand grabbed his hand, he looked down too see the girl he was paired with and rose an eyebrow

"Where are you going" Tsuyu looked up at Ryuk, their eyes meeting for second before he turned his head away and looked around the area, Tsuyu was slightly confused before he spoke up

"Wanted to see if there are any windows, since you can scale the building" He shrugged like it was the most obvious thing

She slowly nodded as he explained, she was about to speak before she was interrupted by a loud horn, signalling the battle trail had started, Ryuk sighed and placed his hand on his shoulder, slowly swinging it around as he let go the placed his hand on the door knob, slowly turning and opening the door, he turned his head slighly and spoke "But I want a fight, so I am going in, you coming?"
