The classes after that went pretty slow. Though however Seiji Shishikura had managed to stay from me. Probably realizing that I could be a bigger bully then he ever could. It was laughable to me that he would stay away from me. Though now that he knows just what I can do, probably frightened him. It probably scared the whole class as well. In fact the all probably didn't know that my blindness was caused by my thermal quirk. During the small breaks in between classes I heard my classmates whisper about the fight.
One of our classmates had even told Seiji Shishikura that they told the principle about what happened. Which if it's true, then why hasn't the principle come to get us both. It's nothing I should get worked up by, but I did end up fighting instead of just telling the teacher on him. I stood up to him, as what a parent would want their child to do. Though it felt strange to me to do so, since I normally would just let him pummeled me to a pulp. It also felt empowering to actually use the one quirk that I've been hiding from my class since I started here.
The reason why I had gotten so upset about him calling me a dumpster child is, because from what my mother had told me. The person who found me, had mentioned that they had found me in a dumpster when I was about 3 days old. They had taken me to an orphange... or was it a foster agency...anyway, I've been to about 14 different homes before my mother had adopted me. I was 11 when she and I met.
How Seiji Shishikura had found out about this, is a mystery to me. Now if only I could find the one who took me out of the trash, that way I could thank the person properly. I know that I will be able to someday, but that day just won't come fast enough for me. What if the person had already died or something terribly horrible that they can't leave their home or wherever it is that they're at.
"Jadon!" Ms. Joke yelled in my ear.
I jumped. I hadn't realized that I dozed off.
"Are you alright?" She asked, concerned.
"Yeah." I whispered tiredly.
Did I fall asleep?
"I heard what happened." She said, a bit further away this time.
I almost forgot about the fight with Seiji Shishikura. " oh...I'm sorry I caused some trouble."
"Jadon, what are you talking about?" She asked me, she probably was more concerned about my health if anything. " you didnt cause the trouble. From what the class told me, you were in the right. Anyway, class had been over for about twenty minutes now."
"Oh..." I said as I sat up and packed up my things. "I'm sorry for keeping you after hours."
She laughed lightly. "Don't worry about it Jadon, just go home."
I nodded as I picked up my sight stick and maneuvered my way around my desk. I was about to leave to go home, but I had a question that was burning inside of me. I looked at Ms. Joke, questionably.
"Yes, Jadon."
"What's the possiblity of me transfering to another school?"
"What school did you have in mind?"
"U.A."
She sighed and I saw her thermal outline relax a bit. "Well, I'll have to bring it up with the principle. But after what happened today...well since you got here...with Shishikura, I'd say the probability of you transfering there is pretty high. Mr. Aizawa is an excellent teacher. Though the other two hero class teachers are also great over there." She said. "I understand why you want to transfer over there, and you're a really good student. From what the others tell me you had struck before Shishikura had a chance to throw a meatball finger at you. They said that he had instigated the fight by saying things to upset you." She paused. "I'll have to go and talk to him and their principle about you as well. It could take a few weeks or so to get you over there. If it doesn't happen within this term, then it'll most likely be next year." She continued.
I nodded, soaking in all of the information.
" Given the history you have with Shishikura, I'll see what I can do for you." She added. " go on home, I'll handle things on my end. You go tell your mom that you're fine and what the two of us discussed."
"She'll be a bit disappointed that I wont be coming here anymore, but I'm sure she'll understand when I explain to her what's going on."
We both exchanged goodbyes then headed our separate ways.
When I got outside the school, I heard someone calling my name. I stopped and turned to face the direction that the voice was coming from.
"Hey Camie," I didn't continue, because I didnt know what else to say.
She came a little closer. " it's about time you stood up to that jerk."
"He had it coming, I just couldn't keep with his bullshit."
"None of us can. We're all surprised that you were able to for so long." She said, she seemed to get closer to as we talked. "What was that, that you did to him anyway? I mean one second he was shivering like it was snowing outside and he forgot to wear warmer clothes. Then the next he was sweating like he had done a whole triathlon and marathon all under ten minutes."
"That's pretty accurate to what I did. I can control a person's body heat temperature. I could drastically change it, like you saw in class..." I said as I continued to walk home. " or I could gradually change it. But how I use it depends on who I am fighting and if it's the best strategy to win the fight. I mean up until now, you all thought I only had my strength quirk." I told her. "Its because of my thermal quirk that I'm blind." I finished.
"Oh; like Hawks quirk?"

"Yes, except mine left me legally blind." I answered.

We were about half way to my house when we finished talking and had parted ways.

(3:35pm)

I was about a block or two away from home, when I heard a commotion. I froze and took a fighting stance with my cane.

"It's not wise to sneak up on a blind man." I called out to no on in particular.

There was no verbal response to my statement, but the commotion stirred up again. I activated my strength quirk, so I could get a better sense of my surroundings. I heard someone run up from behind and struck me before I had the time to react.
