The group flew over mountains and valleys, forests and fields before they approached a massive, green mountain. The Mountain of Moss was taller than the rest of the mountains in the area, and much wider. It was also a deep, forest green.
"According to the map, the Cave of Conjuration is on the north east side of the mountain!" Elly said as she inspected the map. "Since its afternoon, and the sun is to the left, I would say the northeast is straight and to the right!"
The group flew toward that side and let down in a clearing in the woods. "Can I get a snack?" Ben grumbled. He was always hungry.
"Are you sure you need a snack? Trust us, you are heavy!" Minotaur joked as he rubbed his wings.
"I am still hungry," Ben said, looking down at his feet.
"Dont worry, I know how to find food, we just need to look at the forest!" Elly said, looking around the woods.
"We can forage for fungi, or hunt for honey, or search for seafood, scavenge for scaliso, or maybe even, look for legumes!" Olivia said.
"What the heck is scaliso?" Samantha asked.
"Scaliso is a halloween treat wizards love to eat!" Olivia said. "Its the most popular treat we get around halloween. We go from cottage to cottage looking for it!"
"Scaliso sounds scrumptious!" Samantha said. "Do you really think we can find it in the forest?"
"OF COURSE we can!" Olivia said as her eyes widened. "I, the great and powerful Olivia, will find it in less than 2 minutes!!"
Actually, it took her more than 20 minutes. And she didnt find food, instead she found the Cave of Conjuration! "See? I told you I am amazing! I found the Cave, just what we were looking for!"
"I thought we were looking for food!" Ben said. "I can't eat a cave!"
"Still, I found the cave! I, the great and powerful Olivia, am still amazing!" She bowed. "Everyone, clap and say 'Thank you, thank you'."
Nobody clapped.
"Is she serious?" Skywalker asked Icicle.
"I'm afraid so. She's crazy, but I love her," Icicle replied.
"Don't mutter about me!" Olivia snapped at Icicle. "Or else Im going to turn you into a frog, no, a toad!!!"
"Oh yeah," Icicle said calmly, not even sounding scared that she is going to be turned into a frog or a toad. "Olivia has super hearing, so we can not say bad things about her, or she is going to turn us into a frog or a toad!!"
"Do I have super hearing?" Olivia said, looking into her leather notebook that has her profile on it. her eyes widened. "Well look at that. I, the great and powerful Olivia, have super hearing!! Everyone clap!"
"We had enough of clapping!!" Ben said. "I AM HUNGRY!! Give me that Sca.. something that you eat on Halloween NOW!!!! PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAASE!!!!!" Ben wailed so loud that Elly seemed so embarrassed.
"Lets not wail, lets go in! So we can go back home!!" Elly said, trying to feel better.
"We have to say goodbye soon?" Samantha wailed. "I like Olivia!!!"
"Dont worry, we know how to use the Watch and the Tower of Time to come back to the Age of Legends any time we want!" said Elly. (About another story; stay tuned)
The entered the cave. It was cool and the rocks glowed different colors depending on the angle they looked at them. Pink and orange, blue, purple and red, and even red, white and pink. As they ventured forward into the cave, the rocks glowed stronger, and they heard tiny footsteps.
"BEHOLD! I am Willard, the Wizard Lizard!" The tiny footsteps were Willard! "You wish to return to your own time! What stupid humans! And you owls think you are friends of HUMANS!? Youve made a mistake. If you love humans so much, I will send you to the human childrens original time. But I wont let you go simply as owlsc Now you wish to help humans! You will become humans! A ha ha haha haaah."
