Im freaking the fuck out. The girls convinced me to wear a bikini which I haven't done done the twins were born. I have stretch marks all over my hips and butt, even tho they say they're not noticeable I notice them.
A lot of women never look at their body the same after having children, so it's not like I'm being irrational. But at the same time I also know that my body is beautiful and I just need to embrace it.
As usual I'm the last one to be ready. I don't mean to take long but a bitch be overthinking.
" soo how do I look?" I ask stepping out of the closet.
" yassssssss my bitch did not come to play!" Xandra scream as she jumped off the ground.
" So I guess that's a yes" I said as I threw on an oversize T-shirt and some slides.
" Girl yea now let's go, I'm trynna see your fine ass brother again" Nikki said doing a lil bounce causing us all to laugh.
" You play entirely too much but you right let's go".
As we got closer to the backyard we could hear the music. That shit was trash. I assumed that since my brothers were from New York and lived in a close proximity to the Bronx that the music would at least be better than what it was. Obviously I was mistaken. In conclusion we are about to make things a little ratchet.
" uh uh, I cannot get funk to this. No ma'am" Nikki says as she walks over to the speaker.
I don't know whose phone was connected but Nikki definitely disconnected it and took control of the music.
" Why'd the music turn off?" Some rando bitch with streaky ass highlights said.
" Because that shit was wack as fuck. This is a pool party why the fuck are we listening to Taylor Swift. I thought New Yorkers were supposed to have good taste in music." Nikki said as she shook her head smirking at me.
Next thing I know I hear the intro to hot girl Summer start playing and I start smirking back at Nikki. She knows this is my song. My girl start getting hype because they already know what's about to happen.

By the time I was finished there was a crowd around me hyping me up. Everybody was cheering me on except for the Rando girl and a group of look alike bitches that stood right next to her. And as I continue to look around the crowd, my eyes landed on a pair that I never thought I would see again. What. The. Fuck.
