From Fangirl to Friend- The untold Love story of Erin and Connor

1. Frozen Lemonade

Chapter 1:

Erin’s POV:

      Playlist Live Orlando. Larysa has no idea what it is. Heck, she barley knows what YouTube is. Luckily enough I convinced her to come with me to Florida for a few days right after we moved to LA. Unfortunately I couldn’t actually get tickets to Playlist because I had figured it out too late, but we were still in Orlando.

      Larysa and I had spent the last few days going to the beach, shopping for warm weather clothes, and eating frozen yogurt. I of course made sure we went to Disney world and that the day we was the same day that all the YouTubers would be going. I just wanted to meet some! Don’t call me obsessed or anything but… okay, I’m obsessed.

      Larysa and I got in our rented car and drove to Disney World, the most magical place on earth! I was wearing some cute white jean shorts with white vans and a Tyler Oakley “Professional Fangirl” tee. I obviously had to wear some sort of merch, just in case! I also had to go all out by wearing some cute Minnie Mouse ears! (http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=150043063 outfit here!) Larysa, who had no idea why today was the day that I had purposely planned to go, was wearing jean shorts, a black tank-top, a pink and white kimono, and black slip on shoes. She was also sporting some Minnie ears that matched her outfit! (http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=150043722 her too!) We walked to the place where the little tram/car things pick you up in the parking lot. Once we got to the main entrance of the Magic Kingdom, we got straight to work. Her goal for the day was ride as many rides as possible and meet all her favorite characters. My goals were the same with the added goal of trying to meet some YouTubers!

      After about 15 minutes of us trying to learn how to read a map, we decided to just wing it. First we went on a few rides and then we saw Mickey and Minnie. We ran over to them.

“Can we get a picture?” I asked excitedly. Mickey nodded and we had someone take a picture of Larysa and I with them. Minnie pointed to our head bands and gave us a thumbs up! “You like them!?” I asked giggling like a 5 year old. She nodded. “Thanks!” Larysa said. Then we walked away in order to find out next adventure. After a little while, Larysa and I got really hot so I decided to go get us some frozen lemonade.

      Once I had found the frozen Lemonade stand, I told Larysa to wait with my purse and water. She sat down with my stuff while I got in line to get some Lemonade. After waiting in line for about 30 seconds, I decided to check twitter to se what’s going on with YouTubers and stuff. I heard some laughing coming from behind me and then all of a sudden someone bumped into me. I turned around to say sorry because that’s just who I am.

“Sorry,” I start to say but when I look up, you’d not believe who it is. It’s FREAKING CONNOR FRANTA!

“I should be the one saying sorry!” he says with a laugh. “So yah… uh… sorry.” I smile.

      In this moment, this very moment, I was screaming. I wasn’t a weird freak that was actually screaming but I was internally screaming. My heart melted, I was screaming, I was fangirling. Now if I was most people, you probably wouldn’t have been able to tell that I was fangirling, but I’m not like most people. There was a look of shock, happiness, and excitement on my face.

“Uh, yah it’s okay.” I giggled. I tried to act chill but I think he could tell that I wasn’t actually chill.

“So, I may be wrong, but I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say that you know who I am?” he said with a little bit of a laugh in his voice. (so much laughing and giggling in this chapter. Like I said before, I’m basically 5)

“Yah… kinda,” I said looking down, starting to act shy.

“It’s okay, no need to act shy or timid,” he said, basically reading my mind. “Do you want a picture?” I instantly lightened up and nodded my head vigorously. We had a person take a picture of us on my phone and I said thanks. “No problem!” Connor said. “Glad I got to meet you today! And nice shirt by the way!” I knew I wore this shirt for a good reason.

With that, I got my frozen lemonades and with a smile, walked back to Larysa.

“What took you so long?” Larysa asked.

“Nothing!” I said, handing her the frozen lemonade. It’s not that I like keeping secrets from Larysa or anything, it’s just that she wouldn’t understand and I’m not about to go into great detail why I love YouTube and what just happened and why we’re even here.

“We’ll let’s go meet some other characters and go on some more rides!” Larysa said excitedly while grabbing my wrist and dragging me away from the tree we were sitting under.

      After a few more hours of meeting, eating, and riding, we decided it was time to head back to the hotel we were staying at. This may just happen to be the hotel that quite a few YouTubers are staying at this weekend. We got back and decided to order some pizza.

“Get me a ham and pineapple!” I yelled to her from across the room.

“Okay!” she said.

      I looked down at my phone and continued going through my pictures from today. When I got to the one of me and Connor Franta, I made it my lock screen. That way, every time I opened my phone (which was often) I would see Connor’s beautiful face.

“What are you smiling at?” Larysa said, coming back.

“Nothing!” I said, throwing my phone to the side.

“Okay,” she said, not thinking much of it. “Let’s watch the movies now!”

      That night Larysa and I watched 2 Disney movies (Frozen and The Lion King) and ate pizza. It was the most wonderful night to finish off the most wonderful day!
