Y/N scratched his head, pondering the unique nature of chakra beasts. "Are you male or female? I've been assuming you're male because of your voice, but you mentioned earlier that-"
"Us beasts made of chakra don't normally have genders," Xionaus interjected. "It's mostly based on how we're perceived and how we present ourselves... if that makes sense. For instance, Kurama is referred to as male, but he doesn't exactly have a gender. As for myself, I can be whatever I choose. Long ago, I was worshipped and revered as a goddess from the heavens." Xionaus chuckled, the sound rumbling through his dragon form. "It's purely subjective. What would you like me to be?"
"Let's try a female," Y/N decided, a slight grin on his face.
"...Horn dog much?" Xionaus teased, her tone playful yet pointed.
"Don't critique me! I'm a man of preference!... And it seems that you enjoyed the time you were glorified as a 'goddess,' so that's how I'll refer to you," Y/N responded, his tone half-defensive, half-joking.
Xionaus' dragon form laughed, the sound rich and resonant. "You're adorable, human." As she spoke, mist began to swirl around Y/N's mental landscape, blocking the view of Xionaus' dragon formand a woman's figure slowly materialized from the fog.
"Thanks for being my master..." the figure of Xionaus said, her voice gentle.
"Like I said... You have been with me for years... I am not your master," Y/N corrected firmly, trying to establish an equal footing in their relationship.

In a grassy field, sitting on a tree. Sasuko exuded a cool demeanor. Her onyx-black hair fell in a style of something like spikes that went just past her shoulders. She sat on a tree branch as she looked over the horizon.
"Y/N Sensei, I know you're here. Come out."
She stood up on the branch. Activating her Sharingan as she looked around.
As Sasuko's sharp eyes scanned the horizon, a subtle rustling from behind hinted at an approach. She barely had time to react as a figure swiftly appeared beside her on the branch. It was Y/N, materializing with such speed that it seemed he had been there all along. In a fluid motion, he launched a kick towards her, testing her reflexes.
With a quick leap backward, Sasuko dodged his attack, her feet barely touching the branch before she sprang away. But Y/N was faster.
In the blink of an eye, he reappeared right behind her, a kunai pressed gently against her neck. The cold metal barely grazed her skin, yet it sent a clear message.
She froze, the reality of her vulnerability obvious against the calm of her training environment.
"In the Chunin Exams, you'll find yourself in situations like this all the time," Y/N said, his voice low and instructive. "How will you get out of them?"
