"You have another client Ms. Y/L/N, she said she's 'special'" my secretary said poking her head into my office

"Uhm send her in" I said a bit confused cause it was now my lunch time

She nodded and closed the door. Less than a minute the door opened again to reveal my 'special' patient

"Your my special client?" I asked when she walked in, she closed the door and turning the lock before strutting over to me

"I'm down, but just so you know, I'm allowed to date other women, deal?" I said holding my hadn't out for her to shake

"I'll see you next week for my next check up" she smirked
