"Karl! Hurry up son, your going to be late for the train! It leaves in... 20 MINUTES COME ON KARL!" Karl's mom yelled from the kitchen
Karl ran down the stairs of his only known home, bags in each arms and one on his shoulder. He looked around one last time before he said goodbye.
"You excited?" She asked, tossing him his shoes.
"As excited as you can be in a situation like this I suppose..." He replied.
"Awe, it'll be fun don't worry!" she looked at the clock, "Now hurry before your late she said pushing him out the doorway.
"Bye mom, I love you" He said.
"Love you too baby boy, come visit sometimes!" She waved goodbye and walked inside, closing the door behind her.
He arrived and the train and found a good seat with compartments for his luggage. Karl was anxious but ecstatic for his new life in the kingdom where his sister lived. Questions filled his head as the train took off. Some like 'What job should I get? What could I even get?' 'Is my house an ok size?' 'Can I make good friends there? I only know Hannah..' and so on with them. All he could do was hope for the best...
