Skye was running through the hallways to get to the field, her mind was present elsewhere, causing her to bump into someone.

"Oops. I'm sorry" she quickly apologised and was about to jog again, when she was grabbed by the arm and pushed to the lockers.

"That was totally not okay, Baby girl" Leo said with an annoying smirk displayed on his face.

"Leo!? Ugh. Move away, I have somewhere I need to be" Skye spat, but before she could walk away she was stopped, again.

"You can't just walk away after bumping into me" he said. Skye raised an eyebrow and folded her arms.

"Why not?"

"Because.." he let himself trail off, as he leaned closer, making Skye's eyes widened.

"Think twice before you do it" that stopped Leo, she peeked over his shoulder and her face brightened up seeing Chase. Leo poked his inner cheek and turned around and was met with Chase chewing on a lollipop stick.

"Wait a minute, baby girl. Gotta deal with Mr. Overconfidence over here" he said and stretched his arms.

"Don't call me baby girl!"

"Whatever" Skye groaned but ignoring that he glared at Chase. "What made you think you have the right to stop me?" He spat.

"You were messing with my girl" Skye's ears perked up at that and she blushed madly.

"Your girl? Since when was that!?"

"Since, always" he replied with a cocky smirk. "Now, I'll warn you, stay away from Skye and my friends or else" he threatened.

"Or else what?"

"Remember the punch I gave you last year? You were in the hospital for a month, I will repeat it again just a little more harder" Leo gulped at the memory.

"Hot" Skye thought in her head, staring at Chase.

"You!" Leo threw a fist at him, but Chase caught it before it hit him and twisted it.

"Stop messing around Leo, you're not impressing anyone" he let go after he saw him struggle. Chase then pulled him forward and whispered in his ear, so low that Skye couldn't hear.

"You let a girl get between our friendship, that shows how much of an unloyal shit you are" Leo breathed heavily at his words.

"But if you care to acknowledge your wrongs and apologise, I'll welcome you back with open arms" saying so, he let go of him. Leo gave him a one last glare before walking away. The single tear roll that left the bully's eye was kept as secret between him and the dim hallways.

"Thank you, Chase" Skye smiled at him. He nodded in acknowledgement.

"You're welcome, just be careful next time" he said and gave her a wink, causing Skye to giggle.

"Yeah, I will. See you later?"

"See you later" Chase confirmed. Skye turned to walk away again but stopped and stood on her tippy toes and kissed his cheek, making the brunet's eyes go wide.

She smiled at him one last time and walked away. Upon reaching the bleachers, she greeted her friends.

"What took you so long?" Sweetie asked.

"Sorry I got caught up with some stuff" she paused, looking at the bar of Hershey's Hayley was eating. "Where did you get that?"

"Rubble gave it to me" she replied with a goofy smile.

"Ah. Okay! So, should we start the practice?" After hearing the chorus of agreements, they all stood in position and began.
