Chapter 7

You stand in the teacher's office startled by the fact that you got a chance in interning at Endeavor's agency. But how? You were literally being served on a silver platter. 'Do I deserve it? How the hell did this happen?'

"Sensei, as much as I'm pretty happy at interning with Endeavor, I'm pretty shocked. I actually don't understand?"
"About that. Todoroki was a big help. Well, I guess he pulled some tricks to get you in there."
"Um... but why did he have to do that?"
"I'm not sure. He met me in the morning and talked about it. You should probably thank him in person."
"Yeah, absolutely. I'll do that."
He gives you a sheet with the agency's details written. You leave the office with a lot of confusion in your head.

"So... what happened?" Bakugo questions you.
"Um.... do I really have to tell you?" You smirk at him.
"KEEP IT YOURSELF. I'M LEAVING DUMBASS."
"Hey...hey, wait...." He stops and turns to look at you.
"Um... I got Endeavor's agency. That's all about it."
"Ahh?! That's actually unbelievable."
You show him the form. He looks at it with a frown.
"Uhh... The school is really good at pulling tricks." He hands the form back to you and walks back to class. You follow him, wondering Shoto's behavior towards you, and you didn't want to tell him about Shoto, after you saw the how his face turned seeing the form.

You enter the class after Bakugo.
"Hey Esma, over here." Mina waves at you from her seat. She sits on her desk and points at you to sit on her seat.
"So, how did the talk with Mr. Aizawa went?"
"Well, pretty good." You try to find Shoto but he wasn't in the class.
"So where do you get to go?" Momo joins in.
"Uh... yeah about that. It's um Endeavor's."
"Wow, U.A really is the best." Mina coos.
You smile while debating with yourself whether to ask Mina where Shoto was or not. The pressure builds inside you and blurt out.
"Mina... do you know where Todoroki is?"
She blinks. "... I saw him go home since we have to start our Internships tomorrow we are allowed to leave early."
"Oh. Alright. I'll get going too."
"You too? It's too early though." Mina whines.
"I have to go too." Momo said with a tired look.
"Yeah, me too. What about we walk home together?" You question Mina.
"I would love to but my home's too far away."
"Oh. It's okay. After the internship is done, let's hangout somewhere." You tell her excitedly.
She yells out in excitement. "Yes!! Momo you coming with us too."
"Sure, I would love to." Momo smiles.
"Mind if we join?" Kiri asks with Denki beside him.
"Of course." Mina yells excited. "Bring Bakugo too."
"I'll, try. Hey, Bakubro? You coming right?"
"AHH? WHY SHOULD I HANG OUT WITH A BUNCH OF IDIO –?"
"He'll come. Keep you promise, Bakubro." Kiri yells before he could finish his sentence.
Bakugo seems so irritated before leaving the class.
You chuckle at him. "I'm sure he'll come." You say loud enough for him to hear.

You walk down the streets to your home thinking about the next day. You have many questions you wanted to ask to Shoto, although you knew you would be dumbfounded in front of him. You continue to walk trying to clear all the thoughts running in your mind. You reach home and quickly pack your things and hero customer for tomorrow's internship. And then throw yourself onto the couch after getting a shower and dressed. And then sleep throughout the night alone as your mom would be out working at Hosu General Hospital for the week, as you'll be out for a week as well for internship.

You text Dabi that you and your mom wouldn't be at home for the week, and you chuckle at his response. "OH...MAN! I THOUGHT I COULD STAY WITH YOU GUYS FOR THE WEEK!!" You reply him, "I know you're lying staple face..." "Heh, you know me too well... or maybe not!" "Shut your cocky ass! I'm going to bed... got an internship at Endeavor's tomorrow." It stays on read for a while. "Endeavor? Seems like someone got the big fish without trying hard." "Hey, don't rub it onto me, apparently my classmate Shoto helped me getting the big fish you mentioned." It's on read again. "Goodnight, psychooo!!! You got a big day. Do your best. Show that Endeavor who's the boss." "Whoa... someone's trying to get me kicked out." "Heh, go to sleep mouse." "Night-night... Burnt Nugget!!" You put your phone on the stand and pull your favorite blanket and sleep peacefully.
