"You're opening your own club? That's fantastic man! I can't wait to go to it. You know with me being there you're going to be very popular," Lee told Luke as they sat in The HangOut. It was closed for now, but soon the students would start appearing. They had at least an hour to relax. Lee's band members were tuning their instruments on stage. "We're going on a tour over the summer," he announced but Luke's attention had suddenly turned to his sister, Sierra.

Luke watched Sierra as she sat on the end of the stage staring into the distance. She'd been sitting there eerily quiet, not moving, for the past 10 minutes. Something...wasn't right. He jumped up, knocking his chair over and made his way to her.

Lee stared at him curiously for a while, looked at his sister, and then decided to follow Luke.

"Sierra," Luke spoke her name gently as he stood in front of her. When she didn't respond, he spoke her name more urgently.

Nothing.

She sat there with her head bowed, hands folded demurely in front of her, eyes closed.

"Sierra!" Luke shook her gently.

Still nothing. It was like he hadn't even touched her.

Luke started to panic. "Sierra!" he yelled grabbing both her arms and shaking her, his heart racing.

"Calm down," Lee told him.

"What's wrong with her? Why is she not responding?"

"She's not responding because she's not here," Lee told him. "This isn't the first time she's done that. It scared me too when I first witnessed it. Don't worry, she'll be back when she's ready."

Stephan walked up to his sister and peered into her face. "Oh yeah, she's gone. Probably hanging out on Mars or Venus."

"What?!" Luke asked looking completely confused.

"She tends to have these out of body experiences, especially when she's bored."

"Bored?!" Luke yelled slightly offended.

"She's somewhere surfing the spiritual plane," Lee told Luke.

"I told her not to do that crap in public, freaks people out," Stephan told him.

"What the hell?!" Luke yelled. "This shit is going to turn my hair gray."

"Welcome to my life," Lee said shaking his head at his sister. He pushed Luke out of the way and knelt down in front of her. "Sierra, if you can hear me, please come back to earth and stop scaring the crap out of your boyfriend. He's worried about you."

"What's he doing?" Luke asked.

"Talking to her," Stephan said. "They seem to have this special connection that I don't have. Maybe it's because Lee is closer to her than I am, I mean she's my sister and all, but I just don't get her, you know?"

"Maybe because you never tried," Luke told him.

"You're right, I don't have the time for all the complicated stuff, why can't she just be a normal sister...that's all I've ever wanted, then again she does take after our mother who was never normal. Still, I'm glad we didn't get whatever Sierra has, that would drive me crazy. Hey, don't look at me like you want to punch me. I'm just being honest. At least she found a man who accepts her for who she is so I'm happy about that. Didn't think she'd ever find a man."

Sierra suddenly blinked, her eyes came back to life and she stared at them and smiled.

"There you are," Lee smiled back at her.

Luke grabbed Sierra and pulled her into his arms. "Don't fucking scare me like that! At least warn me if you're about to do something.... weird."

"I am sorry...I...." Sierra pulled away from him and stared at Lee and Stephan.
