It all started when Eren was saved from the school bully by none other than Levi Ackerman, a cold hearted boy who seemed to not even care. Unbeknownst to them at the time, they were lovers three years prior.

It had all gone downhill when Eren suspected Levi of cheating on him when he was seen kissing another man. Love was proclaimed, and Levi was supposedly caught red-handed. Eren was devastated, and ran home. Soon, he ended up in the hospital after a large amount of self harm. He had been excused from school for quite some time due to the events and the injuries, but he was thankful; he wasn't ready to face the one who had betrayed him.

The day he went backs to school, however, he was ready to face him. He was prepared to hear a story about how he was being dumped, or that it was all a mistake, or something else that would determine his future.

But he didn't see Levi that day.

The next day, he didn't show up.

And from then on, in a twist of fate, he never saw his ex lover again.

Three years had passed, and Eren had slowly accepted his disappearance. He still missed Levi with all of his heart, but what he had accepted was the fact that Levi was never going to come back. He moved on to highschool the next year, and he thought he could finally escape his past that had been haunting him.

But that had not been the case when he was being bullied by a famous kid known for harassing people. It wouldn't have been all that significant if it weren't for the fact that this bully looked similar to none other than the man that Levi had supposedly chosen over him.

Though not daily, he was bullied on a regular basis. He could almost schedule the days he would get thrown in the trash can, slammed into lockers, and locked in a room.

One day, though, things took a horrific turn.

Eren had gone to swim in the school's pool one day during grace period, and he realized he was the only one there. This bothered him slightly, but not to the point of avoiding the pool. Although, he would have been better off avoiding swimming, because of what happened soon after he went in.

The bully had apparently told everyone who was in the pool to stay out, becuase he had a plan for a certain bratty kid. As intimidating as he was, everyone obeyed. They also left the pool area, leaving only people who hadn't heard, wasn't planning on swimming, or had just recently came in.

Eren had gotten in the water, only to be forced to stay under by none other than the bully. He soon drowned, and the bully left, proud of himself.

When Eren awoke next, he saw a man sitting next to him while they both were on the ground, next to the pool. This man had saved him, supposedly. But instead of being thankful he was alive, the boy merely stated how much of a trouble it was to have to save him.

Eren was mad when the boy left, but soon chased after him when he realized he had forgotten to thank him for saving his life, even if the boy thought nothing of it except a nuisance.

It was soon found out that Eren was upset that he had failed to thank his savior, to the point of tears. He had begun to feel affection toward the boy at this point. He had run to the bathroom, and had also begun to cry.

After a scene in the bathroom, Eren took the boy outside, where he pinned the him down and nearly did something he could easily regret, only to be reminded of his past. He did, in fact, regret what he did, seeing as the boy reminded him so vividly of his past lover. And as the past almost repeats itself, he runs home to make all of the bad memories go away permantley.

This boy, however, had understood what Eren had been feeling. He too had remembered the past, when Eren's sister had yelled at him for causing him so much pain and hurt. He was told to never be seen around Eren again, and he obeyed, believing it was the best thing for him.

As you can plainly see, this boy was Levi Ackerman, Eren's lost lover.

He went to Eren and saved him once again, and soon it was all revealed to him. That this Levi was in fact the Levi that had supposedly betrayed him, which he soon learned was an honest misunderstanding.

And so their love was rekindled, in a way.

But soon after, friends and enemies of Levi's past had come to haunt him after a frightening turn of events in which Eren is kidnapped by the two he held dear and the man who he was forced to cheat on Eren with.

Demanding either a ransom or the death of Eren with a two day deadline, they informed Levi of their whereabouts. Levi went, and saved Eren once again, with the help of his friends. It had turned out that one had been an undercover police officer, and aided Levi in rescuing Eren when the time came.

With the man having been arrested, Levi took Eren home. Finally, everything was over, and they could live a happy life together, undisturbed.

Or at least, that's what they thought.
