Blair.

The face contained a pair of pure black eyes which I swear flashed to pure gold, but perhaps I was concussed. I swallowed back the urge to reach out and run my finger tips along his slight stumble and the urge to press my lips to his lop-sided, smirk of a grin.

"Are you ok?" The lop-sided grin pronounced in an English accent, which sounded like Emma's 'London' accent. The words snapping me back to reality. I looked up into those mesmerising eyes and let the words sink in.

"Uh, yeah... I'm fine. I mean, um, sorry." I stuttered out.

"Are you ok to walk? We collided pretty hard." He laughed and boy, was it music to my ears. I realised I was still in his embrace. I felt the red rising in my cheeks and I stepped back from him.

"Um, yeah, sorry." I mumbled, embarrassed. He picked up his bag off the ground, causing me to blush more.

"American right? You're a long way from home" He smiled jokingly at me. But I wasn't really concentrating on his words, rather I was checking him out, quite obviously as well, might I add.

"No. I'm from California." I said stupidly and then realised what he had said. "Oh, no, crap. Sorry, I'm just a bit out of it. I hope nothing broke in your bag, when it dropped."

"Ah, well, I think I'll survive your clumsiness." Half of me wanted to be a bitch to him for his sarcastic tone and the other half of me wanted to make-out with him. "But since you were the one who collided with me, the least you can do is show me walk me to where the office is." He said with a smirk. I glared at him.

"The office is in that direction. I wouldn't want my clumsiness getting in your way anymore." I said stiffly.

"Feisty. I like fiery women." He smirked at me. "I'm Sam, by the way. Sam Morgan."

I instantly regretted apologising for bumping into him. He was confident and made me turn to a clumsy fool in his presence, I was embarrassed that I let myself slip into a trance of mesmerisation around him.

"And you're name is?..." Sam urged, arrogantly, might I add.

"Ugh. As if." I turned hot on my heels and stormed off back to my room.

Emma.

"I met a guy yesterday. He's a new student here in our year."

"Mmhmm." Blair muttered.

She was sitting on the floor in our room sorting through her study notes. She had been doing this all morning with the same, small pile of notes. She just kept scanning through her history notes like she looking for miniscule sized dirt.

"Blair. Did you hear what I said?"

"I'm busy Emma!" She snapped. Whoa, what was up with her? It was only mid-term, she only went crazy when exams started.

"I'm pretty sure you know those notes, back to front and off by heart. Relax. Jesus Christ." I jumped off the bed and pulled the notes out of her hands, setting them down on the desk. "I met one of the new today."

"That's great. So did I. New students come every term, why are we talking about this?" She said dismissively, making her way towards her pile of school text books. Gosh, she was going bonkers! Her grades were already perfect, why was she busying herself so much?

"And.." I urged. She didn't say anything and walked over to her books. I jumped across the bed and blocked her from going into a complete study coma. "Was he cute? Cause the one I talked to was ah-mazing! Blair, tell meee!" I whined, grabbing her arm and dragging it down slightly out of annoyance from her lack of attention towards the conversation.
