"What?" everyone said in unison.
You didn't hear anything Heimdall said, you were too busy looking at the rainbow bridge. You were fascinated by the different colours and how easy it looked to break or fall off.
"Y/n, earth to y/n!!" Someone said zoning you back into the conversation. "Oh right sorry, what were you saying?" you said smiling at them.
"You're a princess." Tony told you calmly (joking he did a dumbledore) "oh, i know." You say, turning your gaze to watch a butterfly fly towards you.
"No we mean a real princess not ones in books and movies," Steve said
"Yes i know." you said taking your gaze of the butterfly to face the avengers.
"how did-" Nat started but you interrupted her, "Well when Tin Can over here wouldn't tell me who my mother was i was suspicious. So i asked Jarvis to show me the files of the woman who he had sex with or dated. One of them looked a lot like me and i recognised her from a norse mythology book from the library . I went there last night when you guys were asleep and i went to get the book and found her name. I read about her, and it said that she hooked up with a Midgardian, that would be you dad, and she had a child called Y/n and i assume that was me. Freya, was her name, and she is the queen of Vanaheim." You explained.
You giggled as the butterfly landed on your nose and you smiled at it.
"okay, not gonna lie that is kinda creepy..." Clint said whilst everyone had shocked faces, except Loki he was smirking at you.

After everyone's shocked faces thor led you toward the rainbow bridge. He told stories of how loki and him fought against frost giants and other things to keep the 9 realms at peace.
You weren't paying much attention, your eyes wondered down to the rainbow bridge. the pretty patterns slowly turned into memories. You smiled at them, wishing to be there again.

You smirked and walked up to Thor. "Asgard is truly beautiful." You smiled up to him. "Thank you little one!!" he said sounding like a proud mother after the first day of school.
After some walking you reached the palace grounds, it was beautiful. Guards lined the front of the palace and smiled at Thor, however they gave cold glares to Loki.
You saw his smirk fall and you felt some sort of sadness.

You gave him a small smile and nodded. you all walked through the massive doors and walked through many corridors to reach the throne room.
Entering the throne room, you saw a man sat on a large chair and next to him sat a beautiful lady who smiled to everyone. "My boys," she smiled at them. She rose and walked forward to hug Thor and Loki.
"Thor it is great to see you my son," The man said, taking no notice of Loki. "these must be your friends, I am King Odin, this is my wife Frigga, and Princess y/n how wonderful it is so finally meet you." He spoke, every word sending shivers down your spine.
"Likewise, thankyou for letting us stay here whilst on our visit it is much appreciated." You said feeling a big uncomfortable by the constant stare from him.
"Not need to worry." Odin smiled at you, he liked you as you had manners.
Out of the corner of your eyes you could see Loki's jaw tighten
[Loki are you okay]

"Oh." Frigga spoke smiling at you then her eyes moved to Loki.
"Princess y/n i could use your assistance with something, Loki you may be able to help." She says smiling at you. You nodded as you didn't want to be rude to the Queen.
"You are excused." Odin boomed as you all quickly left the room, with Frigga following close behind.
"The servants shall show you all to your rooms but Y/n and Loki i need your help." She smiled and you guys walked over to her.
"Y/n dear, may i ask you something?" She asked leading you and Loki down a corridor. "Of course," You said.
"Can you hear Loki's voice in your head, and can you respond to him?" she asked you gently. "Yes, why may you ask." you replied.
"This is very interesting, you two follow closely and listen carefully as i explain." She said smiling at them.
That's what she did, she explained. She explained how you two are some how connected, you share parts of each other's mind. Soulmates. Loki has half of your soul whilst you have the other, as long as you live your souls will always be together and after you die your souls with continue to find each other until you have found it's other half.
"Soulmates," you sighed. "is there any other things which soulmates can do apart from communicating to each other?" you questioned.
"i am not sure, some soulmates share the same magic abilities, some can heal each other and so on. everyone's is different, so will yours, you must figure it out yourselves." Frigga said as she opened a dusty door.
"These books might help you with anything which you need to know." She said picking out a couple of books.
Loki had been awfully quiet. "Lokes are you okay." He simply nodded and helped you carry the books.
"Thankyou." You say smiling at Frigga as she opened the door to let you two out.
