I watched a video about this girl trying the IU diet and honestly I had heard about the IU diet being brutal and all but I never really took time to go in depth and find out what you eat, how many times you eat and all, so when I watched the video I was horrified I mean I'm not really into IU but she is an idol and I'm sure her schedule must be hectic and she needs food and the fact that later on when I searched more about k-pop diets the IU diet didn't seem that scary like these other diets like gOdaMn these people will faint.
And the same goes for models, but its part of their job to do that , idols, models, actors,anyone in the entertainment industry its a part of their job, they get paid for it but you DON'T! I mean honestly stop starving yourself like no one is gonna pay you for it and your not doing something beneficial for your health either and literally nobody cares , everyone is so busy judging themselves trust me nobody cares.Eat what you want.
But if you wanna lose weight or gain weight for yourself, not because you wanna prove something to someone then that is the healthy mindset we all should have. Like ppl need to start prioritizing themselves more like dude you are freaking amazing!! Don't dress up for soemone else , dress up for yourself, dress up because it makes YOU feel good. You should be the reason you smile everyday.
Also don't hate your body, its literally a piece of art carved by God himself, your gorgeous. Love your hip dips, love your pigmentation, love your belly fat, love your cellulite, love your stretch marks, just love your body in general. And if you ever feel insecure about your body after watching all those models, vloggers, youtubers on Instagram just remember half of the time its all fake and its all photoshop and because of those photoshopped photos they set these unreal beauty standards which even they themselves don't fit in bc its literally pHotOshOp! Nobody is gonna fit in that.
Also just eat what you want like seriously your young and healthy rn eat all the fried food you want bc ik damn well that when you are 50 your body's not gonna let you eat all that shiz.
