Ok wow i was just scrolling through pinterest and i came across this edit of jisoo holyyy shizzz ( sorry we do not curse in this household namjesus does not approve:D)like wow its freaking amazing.
Also i do not own any of the pictures or any other media in this book .

Lets begin, ok lets start with dieting and before i begin with this i just wanna say in no way am i implying that if you are fat you need to lose weight or so, all body types are beautiful and I'm agaisnt fat shaming but if someone wants to lose weight and its by their own choice and for themselves then that is totally fine just remember your are beautiful no matter your skin colour,race,body type or anything you are beautiful.

Now back to what i was saying, when your dieting first lets start with the things that you need to avoid, first being avoid starving yourselves i have made the same mistake and honestly don't do it if you starve yourselves then after a certain period of time your gonna have a really strong urge to binge eat and since you starved yourself your gonna eat double amout you can actually eat which will then lead to you overeating and maybe being bloated so do not eat starve yourself your body needs food to survive and stay healthy so stay hydrated and give your body good nutritional food( oh my godd i sound like my grandma lecturing me😑).

Second, do not eat way too much and i know you guys are probably like

but hear me out when i said don't starve yourself and told you to eat food that doesn't mean that you can keep eating a huge amount of food no what i meant is that you have to find the proper balance between these two in which your not starving yourself but at the same time not overeating yes missy I'm talking to you no more eating till you feel like your gonna explode.

Now the solution, what i would suggest and this is what I do is that eat three meals and no more binging i know there will be times when you'll want to eat but nooooooo control yourself show that pack of chips or ice cream tub who is the boss!!!!!!. Eat three meals only and eat one meal in which you eat properly and feed yourself properly and in proper portions so you don't get the urge to binge or you feel weak ,you can keep any you want i choose breakfast so when its lunchtime i don't feel too hungry and also breakfast is important and then for lunch i would suggest to have something light and in small portions the same goes for dinner .

I had always been thin but during covid i hit puberty and so i couldn't just eat a shiz ton of things and still be completely thin and because i was forced to be locked in the house with my annoying family i started eating a lot like all the time their would be nothing to do so whenever i got bored i ate now my weight didn't skyrocket or anything but before i had a flat stomach and thigh gap now that was gone and also consuming a large amount of junk food is not good for your health either and i was not hungry when i ate i was just bored so i kept on over eating and i used to always wear my dad's t- shirt and like sports shorts but not those uncomfortable tight one's instead the baggy comfortable one's but one day we had to go out and i wore my jeans and a crop top and i did not feel comfortable wearing the crop top before when i wore it i liked it but now i felt the need to suck my stomach in and so then i decided to stop the unhealthy binging and well basically stop being a couch potato and get my shiz together and so i began on my research and i came across tons of books, some were helpful and some were just weird but after everything i tried and the methods which truly work i thought i would share it since well i am a child of namjesus😌🙌

Also drink a lot of water better stay hydrated and put lemon drops or like a slice of lemon in your water bottle and drink at least 4 bottles of water in one day and like i said three meals and portion control is key and please the most important thing is do not loathe your body or be hateful towards it love yourself and do whatever you wanna do for yourself not because some snobby girl made fun of you or because that one rude relative commented sonething harsh about you or because of some guy who definitely does not deserve you. Your beautiful and you deserve all the love in the world💕
