I'm gonna talking about weight loss in depth for this chapter so if it triggers you I suggest you don't read this chapter.So recently I found out some more important stuff about losing weight but in a healthy way so I thought I should probably share it here :D
The first and the most important thing is that you maintain a good relationship with food, If your body wants more food you should provide it with more food and no I'm not talking about unhealthy food but food that is healthy and good for your body, everyone's brain is different but most of the times our brain associates binging and eating healthy as comfort and eating greens and vegetables as a punishment so first you need to get rid of that mindset and start associating healthy foods that is good for you as comfort food.
Try setting a new lifestyle, it will take time to adjust to it and it will be hard but if your willing do it! In this lifestyle make sure you do proper proportion control and EAT HEALTHY. I mentioned it before as well but I'll say it again proportion control is so important like in that way your getting your daily dose of nutrition and your also one step closer to your goal( if it is being sk$nny) and it's also not gonna mess up your metabolism
Also for everyone out there who thinks they can be skinny by simply starving yourself.................... STOPP!!!💀 like oh my god that's the dumbest thing you can do, not only is that so bad for your body but it even ruins your metabolism
And ik there is no way that you are gonna be able to maintain that weight that your gonna have when you starve yourself because honestly you can't starve yourself EVERYDAY(and you shouldn't) and then one day when you stop, you'll be back again to square one so PLS DON'T STARVE YOURSELF. You deserve to eat as much as you want to your hearts content and you should <333Also I'm pretty sure we've all known somehow that a coke and an apple have almost the same calories or smth like that but why is an apple still more healthier?
Because well you have a thing called an insulin so when you drink a coke which is a fizzy cola with sugars, your insulin goes extremely high which is not exactly a good thing because when your insulin goes high it makes you hungry quicker so it doesn't matter if you had a huge ass meal but if you ate smth which made your insulin go high your probably gonna feel hungry very quickly.Whereas an apple only has natural sugars so it's not gonna make your insulin high, thus leading to making you feel very full and being more healthy
So from that I hope you understand that you NEED TO STOP COUNTING CALORIES ✋✋ it's not good to feel the need to count calories of anything and everything before you eat it, it's ok if you wanna eat it just eat it .
Don't be too hard on yourself, do it in a way where it's good for your body physically but also mentally it will take longer but it's the better way :))))
