"HOW THE F U C K ?" I stammer out. Well shit- "Ouch!" I yell out at Aizawa smacks the back of my head.

"Language!" He says slightly louder than before. Bakugou seems to be living for my reaction, as his ego grows even more than it originally was. Everyone else is just laughing at my pain and suffering. "This'll be fun!" One girl, who I recognized as Mina, said.

"'Fun'?" Aizawa started. Shoot they really messed up this time. "

To be completely honest, I did expected something like this to happen, but its still annoying hearing all of them complain about it. In the midst of their protest, one stood out.

"But that's not fair!" I recognize the brown bob. Whelp, Ochaco has done messed up.

"'Not fair'? Are villains fair? Landslides? Earthquakes, murders, hurricanes? Nothing is fair in the world. It is a heroes job to make the unfair world more balanced for everyone, and it is my job to teach you how to do that." Aizawa lectures the brunette. And with that, we began the tests of truth with a 50 meter dash. I am the odd one out so no one was against me. Can we just talk about the fact that  I am so gonna fail these tests? I am the definition of a civilian going against literal heroes-in-training that probably been training since childhood. I, on the other hand, didn't know how to do a proper push-up until Aizawa forced me to do it not 2 months ago.

"Kazuya Reiki" Aizawa calls me up to the starting line, immediately ruining the small hope I had of him conveniently forgetting I was alive. I just sigh and walk up to the starting line, ignoring the mixture of piteous looks and curious glances from the crowd.

"Ready... and GO!" The robot fires the gun and I start my run. Running is probably the one thing I am confident about, as it has always been a favorite pass-time. It was always so freeing to feel the cool air hit my face. A mixture of that, and the fact that my quirk relays on stamina, says that I can probably beat the non-speed-related heroes-in-training. "5.24 seconds!"

"Really?! She was faster than me!" I hear Kirishima exclaim in utter surprise, a few others nod in agreement. "That was really cool, Reiki!"

"Thanks! My quirk is literally a healing quirk to the tee, so I don't have the luxury to do much more than run, but thanks for the complement!" I slightly pant to my new friend.

"No way! Your quirk is SO flashy! I saw you at the entrance exam! Compared to my quirk, you are so cool!" He says without a beat of hesitation. Me, on the other hand, was taken aback by this.

Did-

"Did you really just casually denounce yourself? Like bro, you have such a cool quirk! Do you know how many people you could save from being stuck in rubble? Not all heroes are going to be like All Might! In fact, that's a good thing! Heroes like All Might and Endeavor are all by name; I swear they do more damage than good. Those suicidal maniacs are one of the reasons why I didn't want anything to do with heroes. Like congrats, you saved the 3 people from the villain, but if your stop and think then you would have noticed that you also caused millions of dollars of damage, broke at least 6 bones, you'll probably never be able to walk again. As a hero, your job is not to be the most famous, it's to save people, and you can't save anyone by talking down on yourself like that!" I rant to the faux red-head. "If I EVER catch you talking down on yourself again, I will personally smack you out of it." The look of Kirishima's face after that rant was everything, though. I can tell he doesn't believe anything I just said, no one changes that quickly, but I can tell that this is the first time someone brought up his self-degrading tendencies. Now, what was actually hilarious was everyone else's reactions. A mixture of horror, awe, and surprise was scattered throughout the crowd of my fellow teens in varying amounts. I made sure to slightly glare at Midoriya while talking about the "suicidal maniacs" part.

And with that, we moved to the rest of the tests. It turns out that being above average in running doesn't excuse the fact that I just started to work-out just until, like, a month or so ago. So yeah, I failed.

"Whelp, it's been a good run, goodbye guys!" I say, walking away. Or at least I was before Aizawa's scarf pulled me back.

"No you don't. I was lying about the expulsion, it was a logical ruse in order to make you guys try your best.

"Oh that's a lie-" Damn me and my big mouth. I got smacked by Aizawa while Midoriya, who was the place above me, breathed a sigh of fresh air.

"U-um, Kazuya-san? I- uh- need your h-help." The young teen stammered out, ominously holding his finger. Oh again? Boy I swear-

"Oh alright, fine. Just at least try to take better care of yourself? My quirk may be able to heal anything, but it gets tiring." I sigh taking out his figure and examining it while activating my quirk. The whole class was watching the interaction; some were curious, having not seen my quirk before, while others were watching in awe as they say familiar colorful strips of color fly around me and the boy. Deciding to put on a show, because why not, I over exaggerate the waves, allowing them to go near some of my peers that I particularly like. That being Jirou, Kirishima, Kaminari and I was going to go near Bakugou but he glared a warning that I interpreted as "don't you fucking think about it", so of course I basically wrapped him up in the emerald green waves of light. Mind you that the light is always there, it is nothing but white light that I see everywhere just becoming visible to other people, meaning that I'm not actually wrapping him in anything, it is literally just colored air.

Sounds of delight and amusement irrupted from the crowd, even the most stoic of then cracked a smile. Jirou and some of the girls started to twirl with the waves of light with Kirishima, Kaminari, and Sero (someone that Kirishima introduced me to earlier) joined in as well. When Aizawa saw that I was obviously making it more extravagant than need-be, he first smirked (I saw that, Mr. I-never-smile-at-anything), then told me to stop.

"Alright that's enough, Kazuya go do your reports in recovery girls office. Kaminari, join her, we need to talk to you about your papers. I immediately stopped the quirk, and grumbled about the paper work, and Kaminari's went from confused to horror stricken in the matter of seconds. I pat his shoulder and give him a reassuring smile and start the walk to the nurses' office, ignoring the confused and concerned looks of the people behind me.
