Chapter 10

I went to the dumpster after I wiped the blood out of my pants. I opened the security lock, then punched in the numbers for the passcode. 

Nothing happened for a second, then, the dumpster opened with a hiss.

In the dumpster, there was a set of N7 armor but instead of a rebreather helmet. It was replaced by a Hahne-Kedar manafactured assault visor. 1 Cerberus Harrier assault rifle, 1 N7 Eagle pistol, a stack of various grenades and a N7 Crusade shotgun. (I'm not using that) . The rest of the gear were tools for tracking, sensors and a stack of thermal clips.

I collected the gear, closed the hatch and called the Alliance outpost for the body and wounded figures on the ground. I really need to explain this to the officials.

After the soldiers came, I explained that I acted in self defense. Once they asked about the body, I told them that the face scanner showed that he had a criminal record worthy of death. I also showed them my N7 dogtags, barcode and serial number for verification of possesion of  military grade weapons.

They dropped me off at the barracks where several others like Rodiguez and O'Conner were there. I sat down on my bunk and started to fix my gear, so they were top-notch by tonight.

August 14,2214    

N7 tactical bunker

2350 standard galactic hour.

Everyone was either getting ready, or, was suited up.

I quickly changed into my armor, placed my weapons on my back or on my hip and followed the crew out of the barracks and into several transportations. So there won't be any trace of what we're doing.

A couple minutes later......

We regrouped on the entrance to the shuttle. After, we moved into the shuttle, closed the hatch and signaled the pilot for take off.
