*Song: Delicate by Taylor Swift*

You could feel your heart rate elevate. Your cheeks were flushed and the sweat was dripping down your body. You could hear yourself panting simultaneously with your feet hitting the cement.

When you woke up at 5 am, Flip was next to you still sleeping. Your mind was going a mile a minute with no hope of stopping. You figured it was best to let him sleep since you had a late flight home that night.

Running was clearing your mind by the second. You could feel your runner's high and you hoped to never come down. You were currently running on the beach looking out at the horizon. The sun was just waking up and saying good morning.

The music was pumping through your headphones and the endorphins were coursing through your body. After the hard day yesterday, you finally felt free, felt more optimistic.

After about an hour when you came to you noticed you were now stopped in front of your house and there sat your favorite vision. Flip playing with the boys on the porch with a cup of coffee waiting for you.

When Flip heard the door creak open he looked up and a smile dance across his face. God did his morning face look so beautiful. He looked so refreshed and the day hadn't given him stress yet. He looked like he was carved out of marble by the old artists of Greece. You swore if you could save this image of him in joggers and a t-shirt playing on the floor with the boys and their action figures you would. It would capture your whole world.

Flip pulled you out of your trance when he greeted you, "Hey Sunshine." He started calling you that because of your mom and honestly it made you get butterflies. Honestly, anything he said would give you butterflies.

"Hey there," you looked down in his hand and he had a marvel hero, "Steve Rogers."

"Auntie his name is Captain America when he's in the suit," Maverick corrected.

"Yeah auntie," Major added.

"Oh sorry, Mav and Major." You looked over at Flip and laughed.

The boys continued to play while Flip and you curled up on the porch swing. The boys were all dressed for school and you could tell their energy was bursting at the seams.

"When did Catherine drop them off and where is dad?" I asked looking up at Flip.

"Michael is in the kitchen getting their lunches ready and Catherine dropped them off around 6:30."

When you looked down on your watch you noticed it was now 7:30 and that you had run far longer than you thought.

The front door open and out walked your dad carrying two backpacks with two matching lunch boxes. One Captain America for Major and one Iron Man for Maverick. "Alright, boys say bye to Uncle Flip and Auntie."

They both came up to us giving us a hug and saying goodbye. Then they bolted off to the car racing each other. My dad came up to me giving me a hug then saying," Alright I'm heading out. I talked to Flip and after you guys visit mom, I am coming into town to see her with Catherine. We are bringing the boys so you guys can take them. Is that okay with you?"

"Of course dad. We can find something fun to do with them."

"Awesome. Well, I'm going to take them to school then run errands so I won't be home by the time you go in so the house is all yours. I'll see you in town around 3:30."

Both Flip and you said your goodbyes and were now standing side by side on the porch waving to the boys driving away in the car. Flip's arm was wrapped around you and you were nestled into his side.
