Meanwhile, in Watermelon DC, at the Red House, President Boogie2988 sat at the Oval Office. He looked at his desk and picked up the documents that had been provided to him by his advisors.

He started to read them when the door to his office slammed open.

One of Boogie's advisors, Stan Smith, ran into the room shouting.

"Sir, there have been multiple meteor collisions nationwide!" Stan exclaimed. "You need to do something!"

"Declare martial law," Boogie said, sipping his Dew. He had to stay calm and collected at a time like this. It was his job as the President of the United States of Inaba.

Another one of Boogie's advisors, Hugh Neutron, ran into the room.

"Mr. President, you might want to see this!" Hugh said to Boogie. Boogie got up, curious about what Hugh was talking about.

Hugh led Boogie to another room with a huge governmental monitor used for tracking. There were a ton of wires sticking out of it and there were many other smaller monitors surrounding it.

Boogie stomped over to the large governmental monitor and saw a weird silhouette of a person that looked like a clown. The clown was doing a sort of weird dance.

He turned around and yelled at Hugh.

"You dipwad, this is a silhouette of a clown!"

He looked back at the monitor and saw blackness.

"Strange. I could've sworn it was a clown," Boogie thought while looking at the blank monitor.

Boogie, having been confused by the clown on the monitor, went back to the Oval Office and picked the papers back up. Their contents were a treaty between Kamurocho and the United States of Inaba. Boogie was about to sign the papers when Stan walked in once again.

"Sir, we need to address the people of the United States of Inaba with a press conference", he said.

Boogie put the papers down and followed Stan out to the Marcos Monument, a huge golden pizza built to honor the first President of the United States of Inaba.

Boogie walked over to a podium. He tapped the microphone a couple of times to test it. He was being recorded live on national television in front of the Marcos Monument. There was a huge crowd of people watching his speech.

He cleared his throat and began to talk.

"Hello, citizens of the United States of Inaba. It is your president, Boogie2988. I am here to talk about the current conflict that has come about. Do not panic, we have everything under control. I advise everyone to stay indoors, keep all windows and doors shut, prepare enough food and water for up to two weeks, and keep your television channel to this one. Once again, we are a nation strong and a nation united, we will fight through anything in our way, and we will get through this together, as a nation. Thank you."

A ton of journalists and news reporters held their microphone up to Boogie, eager to get a response.

"What are you and the other politicians doing to stop this crisis?" a journalist asked Boogie, holding up a microphone to Boogie.

"We've sent our great military to the affected areas," he replied. "They have been ordered to help those in distress and ensure that our citizens are staying safe."

Once the cameras stopped rolling, Boogie went back to the Red House, assaulted by the bright flashes of an army of cameras on his way and was bombarded by a sea of words. He sat back down at the Oval Office. He was about to sign the treaty, when-

"Sir? You... might want to see this...!" Hugh said in shock. He ran into the room and he looked insanely shocked over something.

"What? What might I want to see!" said Boogie.

Hugh was out of words. There was no way to describe what he had just seen.

Boogie ran swiftly to the room with the monitor. But nothing could prepare himself for what he was about to see. It was unlike anything he had ever seen before, and he could never have expected it.

His mouth gaped in horror.

He saw a fat man with glasses, a mustache, and a beard looking at him from inside of the TV. Boogie slowly and nervously walked up to the monitor, and yelled at it.

'What is this, some kind of joke? This is just an image on a monitor!"

"I am not an image. I am real, and you are done for, Steven Williams. Now hand yourself over to me, or we'll have a problem." said the man.

"W-who are you?" he asked, still unable to process what was happening. Who was this man?

"That doesn't matter."

The man slowly stepped out of the TV screen. It was as if the screen didn't exist and he just phased through it.

Boogie was in enough shock to where he couldn't move, almost as if he was tased but one hundred times worse. The fear overwhelmed him, and he had no coherent idea of what to do.

"HELP ME!" Boogie screamed, hoping to get the attention of his advisors.

"They can't hear you when you're inside of the TV," said the man.

The man covered Boogie's mouth with one hand and wrapped his arm around Boogie.

He pulled Boogie into the TV and everything went black.

Stan and Hugh ran into the monitor room, having heard Boogie's scream... It was too late.

"Mr. President. MR. PRESIDENT? WHERE ARE YOU?"

All that was left was his glass of Dew.
