The aircraft shot out of the warehouse at a speed faster than light. It then barreled through space. Squirrel could then feel a bizarre mist being dispensed somewhere in the room.
"What?" Squirrel said. He had no time to think before his body fell to the ground, and he fell unconscious.
After what felt like many long weeks, Squirrel had finally woken up again. He was woken up by a nearby alarm clock on a nearby table.
He looked around, and everything was decorated with red and yellow stripes. The place was very bizarre. He then looked off to the right, and was surprised by who he saw.
Gumball Challenge Kid.
He was alive, after all.
Not all of his friends were dead.
He also saw many other unfamiliar faces in the room. One made their way up to him. It was the same figure from the spaceship.
The figure said something in a language that Squirrel didn't understand. To him, it sounded like gibberish.
"What are you saying?" Squirrel asked. He had absolutely no idea what the figure was attempting to communicate to him.
Another unfamiliar person stepped up. They were wearing similar clothes to the figure, however, instead of wearing red and white, they were wearing red and yellow.
"My apologies. Mr. Ronald here said his greetings in Japanese. You may refer to me as Honyakusha," said Honyakusha.
"Okay, Honyakusha, whatever the heck that means and whoever you are... Where exactly am I? Why?"
Ronald whispered something to Honyakusha, and Honyakusha began speaking.
"You're in the McDonalds Citadel with other survivors of the Mountain Dew Tower incident. We've been saving those in need, since we live to serve the customer."
"Oh," said Squirrel. "Mountain Dew Tower incident, huh..."
He then walked past the crowd and went to Gumball Challenge Kid. Other questions could wait until later. He had to reconnect with Gumball Challenge Kid.
"Squirrel! You made it out alive! Where's GameShart Employee?"
Squirrel decided it was best to not tell him about GameShart Employee. He didn't feel ready to, yet. He decided to tell him at a later time.
"Oh... him? I, uh..... Didn't see him after the tower."
"Oh," said Gumball Challenge Kid. He was looking down.
Squirrel felt pained by his decision, but he had to do it. He couldn't break the news and reveal the truth.
