Her original Quirk Transform was Modified into a new Quirk called Dhampir (Dhampir is a hybrid between a human and a vampire). It is called that because of it's three aspects Transform (similar to her original Quirk), Ghoul (Think Tokyo Ghoul Ghouls but slightly Different, such as no Kagune), and Kira (From the Japanese word for killer: Kirā/ Similar to the Carnage Symbiote in marvel comic).
Transform - Grant's her the ability to transform into a physical lookalike of another individual, as well as copy their voice. She can only transform into people whose blood she has ingested. The more blood she drinks, the longer she has access to that person's form.
Ghoul - Dependent on how much blood she has drunk recently she will have various levels of Enhanced Strength, Speed, Stamina, Senses, Survivability, Agility, Endurance, Flexibility, Dexterity, and Regeneration. Going without blood for a month with see her losing all of her enhanced physical abilities and instead gain Superhuman Speed and Durability as her body is telling her to drink blood right then and there.
Kira - This aspect of her Quirk covers Toga in red, black and glowing yellow biomass and grants her superhuman strength, speed, stamina reflexes, agility, and durability; it also grants her the ability to stick to walls, create web like substance, tendrils and create bladed and blunt weapons from its own biomass. The biomass can be generated (With enough blood which is Kira's fuel source) and manipulated. This is most-commonly utilized to create bladed armaments such as swords, spikes, bludgeons, knives, claws, axes, and even a pair of bat-like wings. Kira can also discharge its biomass as projectiles, though these projectiles only last for approximately 30 seconds before crumbling into dust. The biomass has 360-Degree Senses in that each individual clump of biomass is capable of acting as an eye, ear, mouth, nose, or taste bud. The biomass is capable of mimicking the appearance of any form of clothing, the biomass is also capable of camouflaging with its surroundings, "Kira clothing" is largely red with smaller amounts of black and yellow due to the biomass coloration. Peices of biomass can be launched off at others and absorb their blood temporarily gaining their Quirks or other genetic based powers. Also launched biomass can be remotely manipulated. Can absorp Materials and imitate their attributes. Also has Pyrokinesis which comes from the glowing yellow biomass.
