Chapter 7

We arrived at the O2 arena about an hour later. We were sat in silence most of the way there, but it was comfortable. I'm comfortable with him.

"Harry, please tell me that people are aware I'm here", my anxiety cannot handle that, especially today after what happened earlier.

"Yeah don't worry I thought you'd get nervous if I didn't ...and I'm guessing I was right." Wow, he already knows me so well.

"I just hate being in the way."

"You will never be in the way Evelyn." He turns his head towards me to look me in the eyes.

I could just die right here right now. My life is now complete. Harry Styles just said that I will never be in the way. HARRY MOTHER FUC- woah got a bit excited there.

I smiled at him and looked forward as we carried on walking towards the arena.

We walked through the arena and once we got backstage we were greeted by Paul who I think is their tour boss or something like that.
"Hey Harry, thank goodness you made it. I was starting to get worried." He said as him and Harry did a 'bro' hug.

"Well, that's all thanks to Ev." Of course hearing the nickname he gave me makes me smile at the ground like an idiot.

"I see. So you're the infamous Evelyn that saved our curly headed friend." I let out a chuckle before replying.

"I guess so."

We quickly say bye to Paul for now and Harry leads me towards the long corridor with doors on both sides.

Paul was really nice but now all I was worried about was meeting Harry's band. His band are his best friends and if they don't like me then what the hell am I going to do.

I think he could sense my anxiety as we walked down the hall because right before we walked through the door, he placed his hand on my back and said "don't worry Ev, they're gonna love you", and somehow that calmed some of my nerves.

Okay Evelyn you got this... we walked through the door and immediately I hear "Harry!" Being shouted from across the room by one person, as another came to hug Harry. They then came and hugged me and I immediately felt welcomed. He flung his arm around my shoulders and walked me over to the sofa. "Hi I'm Mitch." He smiled as we sat down. "Evelyn" I smiled back.

"You see what I have to deal with. I'm Sarah."
"Hey, I'm not that bad" Mitch said looking slightly offended. "Okay think what you wanna think to make yourself feel better." She replied making everyone laugh.

"Anyways, Ev I see you now know Mitch and Sarah. This is Adam and Clare."

"Hi" is all I say with a smile. Maybe this won't be so bad after all.
