My heart beat pounding in my ears I smelled smoke as it slithered into my lungs, my breathing going ragged as I inhaled the intoxicated air...

Darkness surrounding me my mind raced from thoughts to memories, panicking I gasped trying to calm myself down only to fail...

"Please....Wake up Vikk...We're not a family without you...Please come back..." A voice echoed as light shined against my face, my hearing sharpening I heard footsteps pacing back and forth before

it disappeared all together, straining my ears I scrunched my eyebrows, my eye lids sealed shut I felt like screaming, frustration searing in my mind...

Annoyance flicking the back of my head as I tried opening my eyes again only to be unsuccessful...Again..

Please......Please.....Just let me wake up....I need to get out of here...They need me!.....Lachlan needs me...A memory popping into my head of Lachlan laughing as he fell into the river his face filled with fear

Happiness bounced around my head as I thought of the blonde Australian energy surged through me, his bright blue eyes gazing at me, encouraging me silently to wake up..

My lips buzzing I felt my face shift into a smile, My breathing steadying my eyelids softened and I snapped them open, gasping for air as I bolted upright...

Pain searing through my arm I whipped my attention to my arm, seeing a cut drag from the top of my arm down to my wrist...Looked deep...

My gaze sweeping away from that something rustled outside and I whipped my head towards the door as Lachlan rushed in, his eyes darting around the room looking for something until

his eyes landed on me, his eyes widening in horror.....At least someone knew I was awake....

"Hello?" I questioned awkwardly as he stood there, frozen..Not sure what to do I glanced around nearly jumping out of my skin when he screamed.

"YOU'RE ALIVE!!!!!!!" Lachlan cheered his legs flying towards me as he embraced me in a hug, his shoulders shaking as his tears raked him making his whole body jolt whenever he sniffled..

"It's ok Lachlan...I'm alive...I'm fine..." I cooed as if I were talking to an injured child but he just pulled me closer, terrified of letting go of me...

He....He cared for me....

That is totally a Vikklan moment if I ever saw one!!! IT WAS SO CUTE!!! The way Vikk got back up on his feet for Lachlan...Awww...Fangirl moment achieved for me...

I LOVED IT GUMMY BEARS!!! *Whips out evil schemes notebook and jots down notes* But besides that adorable little chapter I just wanted to say!
