Sasuke isn't great at expressing his feelings especially verbally so on days when he feels as though he can bring himself to talk much he taps three times a lot around Naruto to say he loves the other
Sasuke likes to be a 'little spoon'
They usually fall asleep facing each other so that both are being held equally
Another thing Sasuke does if he is not feeling up for verbal confessions of life is giving lots of hugs
Naruto's love language is also via touch but he has a much easier time verbally expressing his emotions
