A quick break from the Christmas stories to present to you absolute tooth rotting, fluff because I feel like shit ❤️ Anyway, on with the story

Valentine's Day. Naruto felt he had finally built up enough courage to confess to Sasuke. He went out and had gotten dark chocolate (as sasuke wasn't a huge fan of sweet things) as well as going to Ino's flower show and getting purple, thornless, roses (he didn't care about the language of the flowers). He searched around to find Sasuke, locating his hair around the corner of Ichiruka's Ramen. Naruto wondered what the other could be doing there, but quickly dismissed any ideas. He went to follow the raven, only to loose him again.

 Eventually, he found Sasuke in a side street with a girl who appeared to be confessing. Naruto thought it best to not interrupt. The blond walked away with a  disappointed look on his face. He kept walking until he came across the  he had summoned his first toad. He smiled and sat down at the bushes, thankful for the peace and quiet. And he just sat there and thought. 

Naruto thought of all the times he and Sasuke had spent together. Of their fights. Of Sasuke running away but coming back. He thought back to about the time where he thinks he fell in love with Sasuke. Way back when Sasuke had protected him against Haku and through that entire mission to the Land of the Waves. God that seemed like forever ago. But Naruto, he was glad for them. He was glad to have been able to make such a bond with someone. It was different from someone like Shikamaru, it was a love bond. 

And the blond boy was alone, so he was allowed to smile like crazy at his own thoughts even if for a second. That was, until he heard a branch snap.

Sasuke was nervous. It was fairly unusual, but so is confessing to your long time love. In preparation for this, Sasuke had also gotten roses, his being red and thornless (Because Ino had picked them out). He stopped by Ichiruka's to buy a gift card for the blond as well. His next step was to find the blond and actually confess. He turned the corner from Ichiruka's to head to Naruto's home when a girl pulled him aside.

"S-Sasuke. Happy Valentine's Day...." she said as she shoved a box of milk chocolates into his face.

"Thanks, but I can't accept..." He saw a flash of blond dash past the street. 

"O-oh... do you have someone?" She said

"Well, no. But I don't even know you and I have feelings for someone else." Sasuke said 

"Oh. Well, you could give us a chance...." the girl said once more.

"Look. I don't even know your name. You Cleary only see me for my looks because 1. If you knew me, you would know I don't like sweet things like chocolate and 2. I would actually know how you are. So no, I'm not gonna go out with a girl I just met, but I hope you find someone because I have to go." Sasuke said bluntly as he left to chance after our favorite blond boy.

And the Uchiha had tracked Naruto down and was coming up behind him well until he hit a branch that snapped under his weight.

And that's how they both would up standing in front of each other, gifts to their back. Naruto sat down and Sasuke followed suit.   

"I said no to that girl by the way." Sasuke blurted out "I know you were there. I saw you run by."

"Oh, right..." Naruto responded. He took a deep breath before continuing. "H-hey, who were you planning on confessing to? Don't lie to me, I see your flowers and I also know there's only 1 bundle and no chocolates."

"O-oh.... um, it's you..." the raven mumbled out

"WHAT?" Naruto yelled out

"You heard me!"

"But I barley did!" That was a lie, Naruto just wanted to hear it fully

"I said it was you alright!" Saskue yelled "You got me. I'm totally and completely in love with you."

"Sasuke I swear to god if you're joking I will end you."

"I'm not. Why the hell would I?" Sasuke growled out

"Ok. But just to make sure, you would have a valid reason for not wanting me to do this." Naruto gestured to Sasukes mouth before Sause pulled him in. 

And the two had their 3rd kiss together, but their first voluntary one. And they both melted when it happened and felt true love and happiness. And foe those few moments, they were their only worlds and nothing else mattered. Just the two of them together. 

Sasuke smiled a content smile and Naruto looked like an idiot with the biggest grin on his face. 

"Oh, here's your stuff by the way" Sasuke said as he handed the roses and gift card

"Right, thanks." Naruto switches them with his gifts to Sauske. "Here, I got you dark chocolate since it's mire bitter. I was gonna get you tomatoes, but that would just be so weird ya know? Also the purple flowers reminded me of you so I got  them."

"Thank you, Naruto." The two smile at each other again. 

"By the way, since you're definitely my boyfriend now, I just want you to know you are stuck with me forever and I will love you forever." Naruto poked Sasuke's cheek

"And I will love you forever too Naruto." And Sasuke booped Naruto's nose in response

I feel better after writing this. Anyway, raise your hand if you figured out I was projecting all my hopes, dreams, and insecurities onto this story ahahahhahaa...... yeah
