Sequel to "I'm just the shy emo girl...so WHY am i at an all boys boarding school!?"

Riley's P.O.V.

I stepped out of the cab and grabbed my bags from the trunk. After tipping the driver, I turned to face Brixton Academy, my home Like last time, it was raining lightly so I pulled my hood up. Unlike last time I was actually looking forward to this year and had a big smile on my face My new best friend Shane, was deffinetly one of the contributing factors to my happiness here My new boyfriend Nate also has something to do with it. I had to bite my lip after that thought, so not everyone would think im totally insane smiling to myself outside in the rain I picked up my bags, but soon couldnt see anything due to someone sneaking up behind me and covering my eyes with their hands"Guess who" They whispered in my ear I giggled "Umm... Johnny Depp? Ian Somerhalder?" I answered"Nope..." The person said and lightly kissed my neck."Nate?" I asked He removed his hands from my face and spun me around."Hey Ri" Nate greeted me with a small smile. I hadnt seen Nate all summer since we lived so far away from eachother. I had to go back to my parents in California and he went back to his in NY We communicated via texting, skype, and late night phone calls Nate hugged me tight then kissed my cheek"I missed you" He told me then let go"I missed you too" I said and lightly ran a hand through his damp hair Nate smiled then pulled me close again and kissed me lightly."Break it up you two!" I jumped back from Nate, startledby the voice. I turned to see Shane bounding towards us."SHANE!" I screamed and ran towards him I stepped on my untied shoelace which resulted in me tripping and falling to the muddy ground, taking Shane down with me."I missed you so much! Why did you come to Cali you big dummy?!" I yelled and punched his shoulder as we both layed there on the muddy grass Shane laughed "I'm sorry, plane tickets arent cheap you know!" he answered I smiled and wiped my muddy hands on his chest Shane got my wrist and his laughter slowly died away as he pushed up my sleeve and traced a fresh scar with his finger. He gave me a serious look mixed with concern "Riley..what?" He didnt even have to finish his sentence I looked over my shoulder and saw Nate making his way towards us. I shook my wrist free and pulled my sleeve down"Not in front of Nate" I whispered to Shane and stood up then helped him to his feet Nate came over and started laughing at us "Look at you! Your a mess!" He commented I giggled and stuck my tounge out at him then walked up close to him as if I was about to kiss him. As our lips were about to touch, I wiped my muddy hands on his face and quickly stepped away, hiding behind Shane Shane and Nate both started laughing "Hey!" Nate yelled and tried to wipe the mud off but just ended up smearing it some more After our laughter calmed down Nate approached Shane"So...uh how was your summer Shane?" Nate asked kind of awkwardly. They had never been good friends, they actually hated each other but now that Nate and I were dating, they were going to try and like each other now that I was dating one and best friends with the other"Fine" Shane replied. "Yours?""Good" Nate responded and nodded An awkward silence fell between all of us and I was the first to break it"So where are your guys rooms?" I asked"340" Shane said."320" Said Nate"What about you?" Shane asked. I hadnt even bothered to look yet, figuring I would still be rooming with Nate like last year I pulled out an envelope containing my classes, room number, and other additional information I had recieved in the mail a few days ago and ripped it open"340!" I exclaimed and looked at Shane"Really!?" He shouted and took my letter, reading it over. I laughed and then looked at Nate who didnt look too happy"I was really looking forward to rooming together" I told Nate and stepped closer to him. "Me too" he said and smiled then shrugged. "But its ok. We're right down the hall from eachother. And i'm glad you got Shane" He said and wrapped his fingers through mine I smiled back and then Shane said "So did you guys hear about the changes?" Nate and I shook our heads. "Well we're getting quite a few new students Boys AND girls" He informed us."Really?" I asked as we started walking back to where I left my suitcases"Yeah. All the new kids should be here between today and tomorow" Shane said. I picked up one bag, and Nate got the other and all three of us made our way to the dorm building Nate placed my bag in front of my new room and I slipped the key that was in the envelope, into my palm"Do you want me to come down to your room in a little while? I can help you unpack" I offered Nate Nate smiled and kissed my cheek. "Sounds good Love. See you then" He said then walked down the hall and around the corner to his room I opened the door and Shane and I dragged my bags inside This dorm was different than my last one. This one had two full sized beds on opposite sides of the room and two night stands between them The bathroom was to the right of the room and two closets were side by side to the right of the room There was one desk to the right of the door and another desk at the foot of the bed on the right The walls were still plain and the carpet was still a dull beige color"New room setup?" I asked Shane"The perks of being a senior. No more bunk beds" Shane said and put my bag on the bed on the left side of the room I opened the door and Shane and I dragged my bags inside This dorm was different than my last one. This one had two full sized beds on opposite sides of the room and two night stands between them The bathroom was to the right of the room and two closets were side by side to the right of the room There was one desk to the right of the door and another desk at the foot of the bed on the right The walls were still plain and the carpet was still a dull beige color"New room setup?" I asked Shane"The perks of being a senior. No more bunk beds" Shane said and put my bag on the bed on the left side of the room"Hope you dont mind. I took the bed to the right" Shane said."No problem" I said and took out some sheets and a comforter to make my bed. "So what happened to John?" I asked, wondering where Shanes old roommate was"He transfered" Shane told me."Oh" I replied, bummed. I actually kind of liked John I heard Shane chuckle as I finished making my bed and looked over at him"Whats this?" He asked and picked up my polaroid camera out of my bag I giggled and snatched it from him "Its a Camera dummy! Smile" I told him and held the camera up to my eye and snapped a picture of Shane mid- augh."Hey!" He said and grabbed the camera from me, then took my picture Soon we were in an all out picture war, snapping photos here and there. The last picture we took was of both of us together, me smiling and Shane sticking out his tounge I laughed and layed all the pictures on the desk waiting for them to develop"Ok. I'm gonna go to Nates. Want to come?" I asked Shane"No thanks, you go" He told me and layed back on his bed"Ok. I'll see you soon" I told him and left the room I knocked on Nates door and walked in when he yelled "Come in!" His room was setup the same exact way as ours"Hows unpacking going?" I asked as I looked around the room, noticing his bags were open and his drawers were stuffed with unfolded clothes"Great" he said and smiled at me."Still no roommate?" I asked and sat onNates bed"Not yet" He told me and joined me on the bed. "Which is fine with me" He continued and slid closer "Just more time...for this" He whispered and cupped my cheek, leaning in at a tourturingly slow pace Nate still had the affect to make me dizzy and forget my name. I had a feeling this would happen no matter how long we dated Nate was taking too long to get here so I roughly grabbed his shirt and yanked him closer untill his lips were crushing mine Soon, too soon that is, we heard a knocking on the door and then the knob turning."Hey Brother" Came a greeting from the front of the room Nate and I broke apart to see Nates step brother Christian standing in the doorway with a smile on his lips and suitcases at his feet
