one on one start

Nicki's pov:

Today is the day we sit down with the girls and have our one on one talks.

"Is the sign up sheet full?" I asked.

"Yeah" k said answering. "Nicki you have more girls"

"What?" I asked looking at the sheet. "Okay no. I'm only going to deal with the ones who will only listen to me and who needs to talk to me" I said walking out.

"Naj, Briana, Lyric, Madison, Nila and Lauren!" I called. The girls came downstairs to meet me.

"Are we in trouble?" Asked Lyric.

"No, but you all signed up to be with me for the one on one today and I can't have all of you."

"Why? "

"The mentors need girls too. And if y'all think you're getting off easy with me think again"

"Nicki you're just easier to talk to"

"The other mentors are just like me. In a weird way, they are. They want to have a bond with you like I have with you but y'all gotta give them a chance. Now I already know about y'all but if I still have to try to break through with you all then Maybe one of the other mentors will do better. Now Briana and Naj you've been here three times already. Go talk to one of the other mentors, I will talk to y'all later. Lyric you'll stay because I just need to really figure you out. You too Lauren. Madison and Nila y'all need for go with K. Now is everyone okay with that?"

"Yes"

"We can rotate this around for next time but work with me girls" I said. "You can finish getting ready" I said walking back to the office.

"Got it figured out?" Asked Rih.

"Yeah "

"Alright then, let's get started"

K's POV with Madyson:

" so what's the matter ?"

"I don't understand my life at this point. Most girls are in school working on their futures. I'm here just struggling to create one. "

"All you need to do is think of what you want to do after you get out of here"

"I want to do whatever I want"

"But like what?" She just shrugged. "Listen I want you to go and search jobs you like or things you like and I'll get back to you."" She nodded and left.

Nicki's pov:

I had Lyric and Lauren sit down with me. I wrote notes on what they both had to say.

"Okay who wants to talk first?"

"I will" said Lauren. "Okay Nicki I know on my application it says I don't like adults but there's a reason for that. I used to be a good student but when I was ten a grown man took interest in me and....  "

"Say no more. "

"Wow, I thought I had it bad" said Lyric.

"What you mean by that?" I asked.

"Nicki you know I was adopted and both my adopted parents were abusive. Both verbal and non verbally"

"Lyric you weren't raped"

"No but I was used by my adopted dad with naked photos of me"

"Oh my lord"

"Damn girl. I wish mines would of just took a photo of me instead" Lauren said. We all kinda giggled softly.

"Well girls we can overcome all this." I said.

At the end of the day we all ended our secession with things to look forward too.

Three mentors and I gathered in a group and talked.

"I think the girls are loving this" said Mariah.

"Yeah, with us re-working through things we've gotten better" said Paris.

"Yeah but we aren't done yet. Girls!" I yelled. All the girls came to the room we were in.

"What's up?" They asked.

"We have two people moving out tomorrow" I said.

"Moving out?" Questioned Jasmine. "Who?"

"Briana and Naj will be leaving" I said.

"What!?" They both said.

"Yep, our program director says you've been here too long and she wants you to be with her personally" I said.

"No! Nicki please don't send us to head mistress" Naj pleaded.

"Too late. She is coming by tomorrow" I said.

"Wow, I can't fucking believe this!" Briana said.

"Well believe it bitch" said Rih.

"Fuck you bitch!" Briana said. I looked at her as Rihanna and everyone else did.

"Who the hell are you talking to!?" She said getting closer to Briana.

"You. I know you're the stupid bitch who did this". I watched ad Rihanna's hand raised and she back slapped Briana in the islander way we do. I felt bad for Briana but she had it coming.

"Now who is stupid!" Rih yelled before walking off.

"Bedtime girls" Paris said.

"Be ready in the morning" I said to Briana and Naj before leaving off to my room.

Sidenote - high-school has me busy but I'm updating a lot including my new books and coming soon stuff. Sorry for my wait Lol more to come
