Madelyn woke up in a great mood , Probably because Her and Alex could not keep their hands off of each other. Madelyn didn't really consider it a relationship but she was happy and that's what mattered.
Dancing around in the bathroom brushing her teeth , She got dressed and walked downstairs to greet her lovely friends. Walking into the kitchen humming to herself.
"Goodmorning!" Madelyn said enthusiastically Izzie and George looked at each other confused she's usually not so peppy in the morning.
"Morning" George replied still Suspicious Derek and Meredith enter the kitchen.
"Good morning" Derek greeted them Madelyn grinned softly drinking her coffee. She always loved to drink coffee she couldn't live without it.
"Hey. You guys want a cupcake?" George asked them derek shook his head frowning his face up a little.
"Oh, no"
"Izzie made them" Madelyn told him looking at Izzie smirking. Izzie gave her a playful look taking a bite out of a cupcake.
"You know, I like it here. You said so yourself, you liked having your things around, sleeping in your own bed" Derek said to Meredith he went over to the cupboard getting cereal and a bowl out, Meredith glared at him playfully
"You're like a health nut, aren't ya? You eat muesli every morning" Madelyn laughed out sitting at the kitchen table , Meredith chuckled looking at derek pour his cereal in the bowl.
"No, I don't"
"Ok, the muesli thing, you do. The last seven days, at least" Izzie confronted him he looked at everyone in shock , Before turning his attention to Meredith.
"Oh, come on. I haven't been here for a whole week. Have I?"
"See? Even they think it's weird" Meredith whispered to him they both smiled at each other.

In the locker room Madelyn changed into her scrubs , Her and Meredith talking about their relationships or whatever it is.
"You're smiley today" Meredith said to her sister noticing her attitude, Madelyn continued smiling turning to her. Madelyn isn't really a smiley type person and everyone knows that.
"I know! it's weird right?" Madelyn asked her Meredith nodded quickly "I mean usually i'm like-"
"Bitchy?" Meredith commented harshly usually that would've offended her but oddly it didn't , Madelyn turned to her grinning
