(I had this idea after reading The Vasto of White on Fanfiction. Its another Bleach/MHA crossover but it majorly focuses on Izukus adventures in Hueco Mundo.)
Izuku Midoriya has died. He succeeded in his goal of defeating Shigaraki,at the cost of his life. Instead of passing on like he thought he would,he ends up bound to U.A. Eventually he becomes a hollow. The process was an odd one. Instead of transforming into an average hollow the way you would expect,One for All changed the process.
The vestiges of the previous users helped fuel his transformation. When the process ends,he finds himself in his hero costume with a mask on his face(check above image). All he remembers is a desire to protect and one sentence from someone he admired.(?) "When there's nothing to be gained,rising to the challenge at those times is surely the mark of a true hero!"
Armed with these two pieces of information,he wanders the land of sand he finda himself in for people in need of protection. "This is my purpose,protect everyone,and be a hero. I will not fail."
