It's like this every time. Honestly, it's getting old.

"All you have to do is go up there, and tell them it's wrong."

Kaminari scoffs and stays seated on the other side of the booth.

"I told you it's fine, Mom. I don't care about the tomatoes, I'll just take them out," he says.

His mom rolls her eyes as she watches him take them out.

"Honey, tell him to just go and have them fix it," she sighs, looking at her husband.

"I don't care what he does. If he says it's fine, then it's fine. Right?" Kisho asks, looking over at Kaminari for an answer.

He smiles in relief and nods, turning to his mom. He shrugs and takes a bite of his burger. It really doesn't taste bad. It's just that the breading around the chicken got a little soggy.

He hates having to go and tell them it's wrong. Today he was just lucky Yukako didn't keep pushing him to go fix it. He can see how upset she is, and it bugs him. She gets this face and does everything with an attitude, even taking sips from her tea angrily.

Kaminari has to fight the urge to roll his eyes before looking over to his dad to see what he thinks about this.

He almost laughs when he sees that Kisho is obviously over it, not even paying any mind to them as he dips his fry into some ketchup.

"You staying at your school for the rest of the week?" His mom finally decides to speak up.

She'll probably get upset, no matter what answer he gives her. Might as well get away from them now.

"Yeah, why? Did you want to do something?" He asks.

"No."

God he needs to get out of there. He loves Yukako, but she does this all the time. What even got her so upset in the first place? It wasn't like it was her order that was messed up. If it was hers, he would have gone to fix it.

Thankfully, but not so thankfully, it was Sunday. They had a joint training with class 1-B coming up, so the class was training hard. That annoying Monoma guy really upset Bakugo, resulting in Kirishima getting upset, resulting in chaos.

His friends usually had the same reaction to things. Obviously, not the same, but when one person didn't like someone, everyone else didn't like them. It was a group thing. Bakugo hates it.

"You still keeping your grades up?"

He looks up at Yukako, mid-bite and nods.

Really, his grades have been lacking. He used to be really good at keeping them up there, being at the top of his class in middle school, but then all of a sudden, UA happened and he was suddenly at the bottom. He didn't expect the big change.

He's working on it.

His grades aren't exactly terrible, but it's obvious he can do more.

"Better not be falling behind. You know how we feel about you keeping your grades up. When are report cards?" She asks.

Damn.

"In two weeks."

He looks up at her and she looks him over. "Your grades really are good?"

He nods again. "Yeah, not the best, but I'm staying after school for help and even going to a friend. Don't worry, I got it."

He suddenly feels not hungry, but takes a bite of his burger to keep himself busy. He doesn't look at his mom, but he hears her sigh.
