Peter's POV

"She's going here?" Ned practically yelled

I nodded and played with my hoodie. Mr. Stark called me last night to tell me that Y/n was the new Avenger and she was going to go to my school. He said to befriend her and to not get attached because she's Steve's daughter. I don't know what happend but apparently everyone knows she's a Roger. At least no one knows I found out first.

"So what are you going to do?" He said as I opened my locker

"Probably just do what he said." I said noticing the locker that was usually empty was open and someone was in it

"What exactly did he say?" He said as I grabbed a book

"Well you know, same as last... time." I said as the locker closed and I saw her

Y/n Rogers. She was here already. And she was infront of me. She was wear a tan flannel ontop of a sweater saying '𝙾𝚏𝚏𝚕𝚒𝚗𝚎 , 𝐷𝑜 𝑁𝑜𝑡 𝐷𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑏' she was holding a chemistry book and her y/h/c hair was resting on her shoulders. Her y/e/c eyes pierced into mine. I was going to say something but the bell rang and she smiled and walked away. I rolled my eyes and leaned on the locker.

"Was that her?" Ned asked as I groaned

"Yeah. God I could even say hi. I just stared at her like a creep." I closed my locker and looked at Ned

"She probably thinks you were just being, a nerd. You did say she thinks your a nerd." He said as we walked to class

"She knows Spider-Mans a nerd, she doesn't know who I am." I pointed out

"Peter relax. You can make it up with her. You can talk with her at lunch or something." He said as we walked into class

"Right." I said sitting

I've got this. I've talked to her before so I can just talk to her. She probably won't have any friends so I could offer her a seat with us and introduce her to my friends. That could work. During class my eyes kept drifting to the clock and it was finally time for Chemistry. Ned and I were lab partners as always and Flash was being even more rude and we just got there. As the bell rang fate was on my side as Y/n walked in. Her hair was still down and she was smiling softly as she spoke to the teacher. She looked around and her eyes stopped at me. I smiled a bit more till I heard Flash talk.

"That's me." He said waving his hand

She smiled and sat next to him infront of me. She looked really happy even when Flash was being disrespectful.

"So you don't have a boyfriend?" Flash asked looking at me through the corner of his eye

"Ha no, I uh I don't have the time for boyfriends." She laughed grabbing a pencil out of her bag "You probably don't have a girlfriend based off how you're acting though."

I could hear the attitude in her voice as Flash shifted in his seat. Ned looked at me and raised his eyebrows.

"Fiesty aren't ya?" Flash continued

"I'd prefer, confident and independent." She said looking forward

Before Flash could say anything Mr. Harrington started class. We ended up working on the chemicals and reactors. At the end he said we were going to have a 'fun' project since we were going on break . It was a volcano but make it edible.

"Since this is a bit of a bigger project you'll be working in 4's so..." He said as he paired the tables

I looked around and paired the tables ahead of him and smiled when I realized Ned and I would work with her.
