DDR

( In this AU the game never happened and Sara and Joe are in a relationship. Let's forget about Ryoko. I mean she's already a forgettable character so let's just thanos snap her. She gets in the way for Joesara. Anyways DDR stands for Dance Dance Revolution for all of you uncultured swines. Jk ily guys.)

"Hey Sara we're finally at the arcade! What do ya wanna do first?" Joe looked like a little kid looking so happy and amazed looking at this huge arcade.

"I don't know you dragged me along I'd think you know what you would want to do before coming here." Sara crossed her arms and complained.

"Don't be such a party pooper! You had nothing coming up anyways so it's not like you have anything to lose!" Joe patted Sara on the head. Sara still had her arms crossed.

"Time for studying, dignity, money, time, practicing kendo, those are some things I lost because you dragged me here." Sara complained even more. Final exams were coming up and Sara studies a lot. A little too much.

"First you can study later also yesterday you studied until you passed out from exhaustion so you don't really have to study. Second of all how are you going to lose dignity from going to a arcade. Third of all if you're so worried about money I'll pay for you.  Fourth of all this is a good way to spend your time. And fifth of all you're already a god of kendo so I'm pretty sure you don't have to practice everyday." Joe looked Sara in the eyes. Joe knew Sara wasn't going to give up there. And he was right.

"First, just because I studied until I passed out doesn't mean I'm fully prepared for final exams. Second, Arcades are for children. We're 17 Joe don't you think this is quite weird. Third, No. Just no. I'm not making you pay for something I don't want to do, and even if I wanted to do it I still wouldn't make you pay. Fourth, I could think of one hundred better things to spend my time on. And finally if you don't practice a skill for a while the skill will slowly disappear." Sara flicked Joe's forehead and sighed. Joe wasn't going to give up so easily though. One was determined to make sure they stay at this arcade and play games, and the other was determined to go home and study.

"Fine, I challenge you to DDR if you win, you can go home. And if I win you have to stay here with me. Deal?" Joe put out his hand and had a evil grin on his face.

"Do you have something up you're sleeve? You're usually the type to choose something that they're good at even if it ends up embarrassing them in the end. Plus you know I'm super good at DDR." Sara gave Joe a skeptical look. Joe chuckled a bit.

"I do have something up my sleeve. And it's my awesome DDR skills!" Joe gave a thumbs up and put out his hand again. Sara shook it this time.

"Fine, prepare to get crushed." Sara smirked and flipped her hair. Joe and Sara walked up to a DDR machine and Joe inserted a token. They agreed on a song and begun. 15 seconds in and Sara already had a higher score than Joe.

"Jeez I don't know what was going through your mind when you challenged me to DDR but I can't complain." Sara giggled and she was cocky. Joe looked at her with a evil grin. Sara was wondering if it was a attempt to distract her if so it failed.

"This was going through my mind." Joe said and kissed Sara. Sara's face went bright red and was super flustered. She completely forgot about the game. That was all apart of Joe's plan. Even though Sara and Joe are in a relationship Sara still gets flustered when Joe kisses her. Joe now had a higher score than Sara. Sara was still standing there with a blank stare and a red face.

"I win! Haha now you gotta stay here!" Joe laughed. After Sara realized what he did she punched him in the stomach. Joe let out a quiet 'ouch' but Sara was mad at herself not him. She felt so dumb that she fell for it.

"Y-You play dirty! That wasn't fair. I would have won!" Sara was salty that she lost. Joe laughed some more and grabbed Sara's hands. Sara blushed some more. She always got flustered when it came to psychical contact.

"Where's you're so called 'dignity' you're super salty doesn't that hurt it. Anyways I won fair and square. Now let's go to the UFO catchers I need to win some stuffed animals!" Joe dragged Sara over to the UFO catchers.

"Thanks Joe." Sara looked at Joe and gave him a warm smile. Joe this time was the one to blush. He turned a bright red as well.

"W-What are you thanking me for?" Joe scratched his head. Sara gave a bigger smile and looked at the UFO catcher.

"For dragging me along. I'm glad you brought me here now." Sara hugged Joe. Joe blushed even more from the unexpected hug.

"Jeez... Now you're the one playing dirty." Joe sighed and hugged her back.
