"I promise i'll be back by evening" tom said placing a kiss on my forehead. "Take care of the baby too" he continues placing so many kisses on my big belly.

Yeahh im on my last month of pregnancy. But we still have to wait for baby for another week. Tom and i decide to marry after the baby but we are leaving together now. He always tried his best for me and for the baby; he spends so much time with us.

"Have a safe ride" i said cupping his face and placing a sweet kiss on his lips.

"Please take rest harrison is on his way, okay?" Tom assures me before leaving the house; he never leaves me alone...not even for a minute.

I was busy on my phone and everything was so peaceful as tom left the house and harrison hasn't arrived yet; suddenly i heard some noise from the kitchen and after few seconds i heard few footsteps too.

I grip my belly and tried my best to stand up as soon as i can. I felt some kind of pressure over my belly too but it happened alot in the past few days.

I tiptoe towards the bedroom which is now next to living room because tom don't want me to use stairs so much in pregnancy and im glad he did that.

I walked into the bedroom and locked the door. I heard the footsteps getting closer so i call tom in hurry.

"Babe you're okay?" Tom said as soon as he pick my call and i start crying; not just because of my pregnancy hormones but i was scared too at that moment.

"Tom..." I said and cover my mouth; i can feel the tension and stress tom faced from only one word i speak.

"Babe what happened?" Tom spats back calmly and tried his best to calm me down too.

"Tom someone just broke into our house...i promise i'm not lying" i said wiping my tears staring at the door as i heard footstep stopped in front of the bedroom door.

"Y/n calm down im coming home in 5 minutes just tell me what's going on here right now" tom said and i heard him speeding his car; suddenly i scream loud when the person start beating the door.

"Y/n, babe what happened?" Tom said raising his voice a little bit.

"He is beating the door tom please come fast" i said and few cries left my mouth.

Within 5 minutes tom assure me that he is outside the building; i guess he didn't drive far away from our home and he ended the call.

Before i can do anything, the person broke the door and i just froze there. That's it...i guess it's the ending.

He walked to me and grab my hairs forcefully. I tried to get away from his grip but he was much more powerful. I grip my belly to protect the baby and he took me into the living room and throw me on the floor.

Thank god my belly didn't hit the ground and i start rubbing my head as he leave his grip from my hairs.

"Well heyy y/n" the person who is a he for sure now said grabbing my face from one of his hands forcefully; he turn my face towards him and he removes his mask.

"Jacob" i whisper out loud in shock looking at him in front of me and he wasn't looking good at all.

"Yeah its me im glad you remember me" he said as he bend down on one of his knee; his expressions were quite painful.

"Jacob please don't do this" i pleaded in front of him but he just laugh at my words.

"You and tom ruined my life y/n. I never got a job again because of tom so today im here to took everything from him" he gave me a hateful look and with a creep smirk on his face.

But before i can say anything tom entered into the house and my eyes meets his; and i quickly wipe my tears.

"Look who we have here" jacob said sarcastically and stand up as soon as he look at tom.

"Jacob its between us please let her go" tom said keeping his eye contact with me and jacob took few steps towards tom and start laughing while looking at my condition.

Jacob start talking to tom and my eyes travel to the glass vase on the table next me.

I grip my belly and took support of the table and stand up. I took the glass vase in my hand and gripped my fingers tightly and walk towards jacob who's back was facing me.

Please don't turn around.

These words were repeating inside my mind and my eyes again meets with tom. He signaled me not to do anything but it was too late i guess.

I just smash the glass vase on jacob's head; he immediately cover his head in pain and took few steps towards me but he fall on the ground before he can reach to me.

I look at tom in shock and suddenly everything is start getting black. Last thing i was able to saw was tom running towards me and hold me before i can fall on the ground.
