"Thank you so much guys" i said and they all gave me a tight hug.
"So don't forget to dress sexy for tonight" cherry said to me and i start laughing.
"We are going somewhere tonight?" I asked with a smile on my face.
"Of course we have to celebrate" harrison said and hug me tight.
We all talked about everything and after sometime everyone went back to there work. But tom didn't arrive at office which was kinda weird.
I was just just scrolling through my phone and replied everyone who text me and wish me to make my day good and when i was enjoying my day the phone on my desk start ringing.
"Tom's office. How can i help you?" I said.
"Hey its tom's mum. Can i talk to tom?" The lady said.
"Ma'am mr.holland didn't arrive yet. I'll inform him that you called" i said.
"Okay thank you" tom's mum said to me and she kinda sound worried.
Where is tom? I mean he always arrive before me. Is he okay? I think i should ask harrison.
But when i was leaving my cabin i saw tom. He seem sad and angry at the same time. I don't know but he is really difficult to read.
"Miss white please bring my coffee" tom said and i came to the real world i just nod and he went to his office.
I went to the elevator and as i reach the ground level i run to the cafeteria and order tom's coffee i waited for 10 mins for the order and after that i grab his coffee and went into the elevator. When i was standing outside his office i take i deep breath and knock the door.
I heard the 'come in' and went inside. Tom was busy on his laptop so i put his coffee on the table.
"Miss white please cancel all my meetings today" he said still looking at his laptop.
"Okay sir and your mother called this afternoon" i said with a smile on my face.
"Okay thank you" he said.
As i was about to leave his office i decide to ask him whether is he okay.
"Sir are you okay? You can just tell me if there is something" i said politely.
"You can leave" he said with so much anger.
"I know there is something. You were seem sad at that night too and-" i was saying but tom cut me off and start shouting at me.
"I told you to leave. Okayy you understand that. don't act like an assistant who just want to help his boss so he can fuck you" tom shout at me and tears start running from my eyes.
"Im sorry" i said and leave the his office and went to my cabin.
*Tom pov*
I shouted at y/n and she start crying and leave my office.
Fuck!! What is wrong with me man. Its her birthday and i ruined everything shitt.
When i was mad at myself harrison came to my cabin and he seem very angry.
"What is wrong with you tom?" He said.
"What do you mean?" I asked and tried to look normal.
"I saw y/n when she leave your cabin and she was crying can you explain that to me?" Harrison said and i don't know why he cared so much about her.
"Why do you care so much harrison? Is she is your girlfriend? Or did you fall in love with her?" I said in a rude way but i really wanna know the answer.
"No tom she is not my girlfriend but she is like my sister and i can't see her like this. And don't act like a person who hate her" harrison said which left me shocked.
"What are you talking about dude?" I said and start laughing.
"We both know tom. Why you lie to her that you can pay for her? Why you told her to wear casual? Huhh? You never did that to any of your assistants. Right!!" Harrison said and i guess he know that i like y/n.
I didn't say anything to him and he came and take a seat in front of me.
"Tom its been 2 years you really have to move on" harrison said and i guess he is right but i don't want to.
"You know i can't and it would be nice if you can leave me alone" i said and start doing my work.
"Okay but i wanna say that y/n told me to invite you today because its her birthday and she really want that you can join her birthday party" harrison said while standing up.
"I have work" i said without looking at him.
"Okay just in case if you want to come we are going to this club" he said while putting a card on my table and he leave the cabin.
I took the card and start thinking whether i should give y/n a chance or not.
*At night*(y/n pov) ---------------------------------- So me and cherry left the office early because we were going for shopping. Cherry decided to buy a blue v-neck dress for me. And after that we both went to my apartment so that we can get ready. i almost forgot about tom at that moment.
Cherry helped me with my make up and hairs and after that i wore my dress. cherry and i get ready and was waiting for jacob to pick us.

After 30 min when me and cherry were enjoying our wine. We heard jacob's car arriving and we grab our things to leave the apartment.
As we went downstairs jacob was waiting for us near his car. And he was kinda shocked to saw me in a dress like this guess. I went to him and give him a hug.
"God y/n you are looking so hot!" Jacob said and I start blushing.
"Credit goes to cherry" I said and we start laughing.
After that we sit in his car and he start driving to the venue. Cherry ask him about harrison and he told her that he will meet us in the club. Im so much excited to get drunk tonight and not to care about my boss at all.
