I checked myself in my phone's camera for the 5th time, making sure my hair was perfect. I was currently in class, and bored of the teachers lecture so I excused myself to go to the bathroom.

After I had returned, the class was doing the work that the teacher had assigned. I saw that Samuel had taken a seat in my chair. Anger raged inside me and I clenched my fists.

I stormed up to him and began to push against the back of his chair. "Samuel! Get off!" He chuckled and ignored me.

I stomped my foot on the ground and let out a cry. I pushed on his chair harder, but he just wouldn't budge. After a few more pushes, I gave up and slumped on the floor beside the chair, my face turning red and tears threatening to spill from my eyes.

No one could make my blood boil the way Samuel could. The worst part was that this was a daily routine and honestly, it was getting tiring.

The whole class awkwardly stared at me as I slouched with my chin in my hands. I couldn't tell if they were going to laugh or just return their focus back to the teacher. I knew I was fabulous but this was the one time I didn't need to be stared at.

I tilted my head up towards Samuel. He slyly looked down at me with a smirk. Oh god, that mouth. Wait, no. No.

Trying to avoid the thought of this crazy boy, I diverted my attention back to the board. We were taking notes now apparently.

I got up to retrieve my notebook from the desk Samuel had stolen from me. "Looking for something?" He said as he pulled out my notebook and held it in his big hands.

I ignored him and tried to grab it from his grasp. He grinned and held it out of my reach. Anger surged inside me and using up all the energy I could muster, I used both of my hands to push him off. He fell on the ground with a thud, obviously surprised.

"Impressive," he muttered under his breath.

My heart fluttered a bit. Wait, no it didn't. I returned the angry scowl on my face and got back up on my seat. The teacher had no idea what was going on, and for that I was relieved.

As I quickly sat down, I stuck my tongue out at a bewildered Samuel on the floor. Who was laughing now?

The bell rang, which meant that it was time for our lunch break. I swept up my binders and notebooks and swiftly rushed out the door, hoping to avoid any contact with my classmates.

I decided that I would go out with the company of myself for lunch. I forgot to pack something and I was kind of starving. "Mind if I join you, Annie?" a voice boomed from behind me as I walked toward the exit. Oh no, definitely not.

I turned around, expecting to see Samuel and my suspicions were confirmed. "Yes, I do actually," I replied coldly and continued to make my way out the door. He followed me anyway.

Why did it have to be him out of all people? Although I didn't mind that much. We made our way to the pizza store, while Samuel blabbed on about how his favourite soccer team lost in a game or something. I was relieved to see the pizza store in front of me.

As I was making my way through the door, I bumped into a stranger. He was tall and had dark brown hair. I blushed and apologized. He smiled in response. Samuel stepped in between us, with a glare on his face.

I ordered my pizza and handed the cashier the money. As I was turning around, I bumped into someone again. It was the tall guy, coincidentally. I laughed and apologized for the second time. Samuel gave a deathly stare to the stranger, and tugged my arm.

"Let's go," He mumbled.

I wriggled my arm out of his grasp and gave him an equally deathly expression. "You're excused," I dismissed Samuel. He looked hurt but it's not like I told him to come along with me.
