When they got back to camp, Whitefur ran up to Foxpaw and said " Foxpaw, did you catch that rabbit?" Foxpaw nodded. "Wow!, Your becoming an excellent hunter. Did your sister catch anything?" Snowpaw started walking towards Whitefur and shook her head no " But don't worry, i'll catch something just for you." Whitefur smiled and padded away. Snowpaw turned to look at her sister. " Foxpaw! Stop showing off! Your making me look bad!" Snowpaw stomped away. Foxpaw stared after her then shrugged. "Foxpaw! Come over here, Bushstar wants to see you." Said Blackclaw. Foxpaw padded over and Bushstar said " Foxpaw, I heard what you caught today, very impressive." Foxpaw smiled " If you were a fully trained warrior who already had an apprentice, I probably would've made you my deputy. Your a very fast learner." Foxpaw nodded at his leaders praise. "Well I need to go, I have some jobs I need to do." Bushstar padded off. "Wow, that was an amazing praise." Meowed Blackclaw Foxpaw blushed. "Let all cats old enough to hunt join me underneath the highrock for a clan meeting!" Bushstars yowl rang over the clearing. Cats started to jumble up. " I have some news for you, Foxpaw and Snowpaw are going to be warriors today because we are running short of warriors tonight." He beckoned Foxpaw and Snowpaw. " Foxpaw and Snowpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and defend your clan even with the cost of your life?" Foxpaw stared at him and said " I do" Snowpaw also said " I do" Bushstar smiled and soon said " Then by the powers of StarClan I shall give you your warrior name. Foxpaw, You shall be known as Foxpool. Snowpaw, you shall be known as Snowheart." Bushstar bowed his head and both warriors licked his shoulder. The clan started cheering. Foxpool! Snowheart! Foxpool! Snowheart! When the clan started splitting up, Foxpool's mentor came up to her. "Wow! I didn't expect you to become a warrior this early. It feels like we have nearly began." Blackclaw gave Foxpool's ear a lick padded off. Snowheart came up to Foxpool and since it was late, an reminded her that they had to sit vigil. Foxpool started thinking " We are warriors! I will not let my clan down!" She and Snowheart then finally sat vigil through the night.
